I came here to comment that Tanner playing Shaggy was the best thing about this cuz you literally embodied the character! He may require some permits and possibly some kind of consent form, I cannot be sure as I am not a legal professional. There is of course the question of whether or not they were authorized to be there conducting their investigation as I seriously doubt they are licensed Private Investigators (with the possible exception of Velma) and I don't see why this guy would hire them with their track record.

A small note: we all now that Scooby isn’t possessed, Shaggy likely sneezed on him and accidentally enlightened him with 2% of his power. He was also probably the one who gave the rest of the gang the nightmare telling them what Scoobs name was

Now I don't know these new Studio City people the way that I know your original but whoever it is that played shaggy did a really good job on playing shaggy for Checc his voice is not easy to do so I like that a lot. But I think they all did a really good job on playing their characters to be honest
