Great video but there's a few things I want to point out. In the beginning of the video you're only comparing based on capital gains or losses. This would be fine for funds that don't pay dividends. But YieldMax funds pay High dividends and should be calculated with (Total Profit) or (Total return) by combining both capital and dividends. For example I have ULTY and I'm down by $2,666 in capital loss but all time dividends collected is $3,138 So I'm actually at a profit of $472 So what I'm saying is that we have to calculate these funds based on Total return and not on just capital gains or losses so we can get the accurate information of our profits. Anyways great video, I sub and 👍 and looking forward to watching more of your videos 🙂
I really love your comment and you’re 💯 right! The return should include all the distributions paid. Today, I just wanted to pointed out today’s declined however, I didn’t make clear maybe. I’m going to make a video to compare all the returns from just the prices of ETFs and also all distributions included and show the difference. Thank you for subscribing to our channel, glad to have you here.
@@thinkpassiv oh okay got it. Yeah I always see people comparing these types of funds with growth funds so that's why 😆 but yeah I'm looking forward for a Total Return video comparing funds from YieldMax, RoundHill etc
I'm glad you are willing to hold and wait. The worse that can happen to #mrny is something no one knows but the most outcome just a reverse split. If that the case, you will just get fewer shares with your overall balance stays intact.
I have 800 @ $18.50 and currently $12,000 in the hole. No sense by selling this deep in the negative so I just hold forever and see what happens. Yes it sucks, but it is what it is.
@carasau67 I appreciate your insights! It's always good to analyze the numbers and understand the trends better. Thanks for sharing your perspective! The number I put is based on all distributions paid. So it's not wrong, its just an average.

Did you average down? How much is your percentage profit/ initial capital used?

What do you mean? Average down which ETFs are you talking about?

what is the worst case scenerio for mrny? I have quite a few and don't want to sell. I just don't want to lose what value I have
I am hoping Yield max takes out mrny out of YMAX that crap killing YMAX.Sorry for you but drug companies are risky.

@jeff-i7x That would be amazing for sure if they remove that ETF from #ymax.

$0.72 no sense. They are paying 0,20 lately, and in average $ 0.40. Two times they paid 2.6 ,so the average is wrong and too optimistic.
