Im as well surprised by 15 being German
I was surprised seeing Funco and Penhall American

You're welcome! Most of the level 9 and 10 cars are American, but I also like the AMG One and that car is German so I would pick one of those 2 countries. Correct; there likely won't be one today
If I may add a bit of details, Fiesta, Focus, Escort, RS200 are european models (and brought to the states) even if Ford is an USA originated brand)
You are correct; for example the RS200 was made in England by Ford. Since the parent company Ford is American, I classified it as American

Different cars of the same brand, even model, can have different NATIONalities, or places of birth.
Bruce Lee was American. His PARENT FAMILY is Chinese.
The HUNS might have been OWNERS at one point.

Lol,years ago thought bout a challenge involving using different car brands only.
So made a list. 4 tiers,tries it for days,gave up cause too annoying. Ive put fords in tier 1 cause so many,ey?👻😹
Then thought bout flippin it into using cars from different countries...until it left my brain in full.😂

My challenge based on the question:
Which car is hardest to challenge (most elusive, hardest to catch) in this Sandbox (Best at "Breaking Ankles")?
The best cars in the Eliminator are the level 9 and 10 cars since they are the fastest. But, often a good driver in a slower car is also very hard to beat
