    Actually if we take calories too less than required for maintaining body activities ,then body goes into starvation mode and we get lot of nutritional deficiencies .We should plan only 300_500 calorie deficit for proper health and do regular physical activity

    Morning me Luke warm water 2 glass
    Breakfast me mixed seasonal fruit salad chote chose piece me kaat Karr 40 -50 bites me khna hai.
    12 -1 bje green tea with 5 pea nuts (pea nuts optional hai)
    Lunch me mixed vegetal Sabji ek katori aur ek roti [multi grain, bare ki roti etc.] Salad Khira 🥗 with chhach [ butter milk]
    1 ghnte baad green tea 🍵
    20 gm Makhna
    1 cup soup + saute vegetables [7 pm]
    1ghnte baad green tea 🍵
    1 glass milk 🥛

    It's not advisable to reduce calorie intake so much.calorie deficit should be 300 to 500 calories maximum.

    Main lunch bahot light karti thi subah 1 medium suze plate kabhi upma, kisi din poha, kabhi 1roti with katori sabji with chai. Aur dinner mein 1.5chapati with sabji n dal ek katori khati thi paanch se 6 glass water. Kabhi subah ek fruit shyam chai ke saath 5 dryfruits leti thi.. Weight kam ho gaya lekin deficiency ho gayi lips chapped hogaye. Face parse glow chala gaya. Tired lagne laga. Even mene sugar chod di thi aur chai bhi. Green tea piti. Fir bhi aisa hua. Abhi mein normal khana kha rahi hu. Mera weight 52 kg hai sirf pet ka ghera jyada dikhta hai. Medium small to medium cloths aa jate hai.. Bus is mommy belly ki wajah se medium size lena padta cloths mein😢😢

    2 glass nimbu warm water , breakfast ma fruits mix 150 grms ,lunch one chapati sabzi and dinner one chapati .after ten days same weight 84 kg 😢 meri height 6 fit . Age 42 . Samaj nhi aahra hai sir kia karo 😢 ajj main bht udhaas ho gaya ho 😢
