What if the notorious Leekley Bible had gone ahead and we got an American reimagining of Doctor Who? Well, it might have sounded like this...
From the imaginary liner notes:
From episode 1x07, “Deathworld.” This picks up straight after the Toymaker sends Lizzy to a hellish dimension of his creation filled with mankind’s evilest thoughts. I used music boxes, tubular bells, a harp, and distorted vocals to give the place a slightly eerie fairy tale feel - which lurches into something more bombastic and Gothic with the appearance of The Four Horsemen. Listen out for two variations on Lizzy’s theme bookending the Four Horsemen’s march.
