big battery, good refresh rate and a mediatek helio processor is all you need for a low budget gaming device. moto E7 power looks good!
Stock Android, clutter free experience is good. Mediatek Helio G25 is a good processor although at this price range, could have gone for the Helio G80 or the Helio G85 as well

I have bought this phone for my mother @ Rs 8.3k
Pros
1) Stock Android experience meaning no unnecessary apps
2) Good Processor - multiple apps can be runned without lagging
3) Good for daily use esp Utube, google, calling, messaging & other daily works
4) Budget phone for elder people with easy to use UI, not difficult to understand.
5) Good storage with RAM
6) Strong Battery Backup- Lasts easily 2 days on normal use
Cons
1) Bad Speaker as it exists on back side when someone is calling you, Wont hear the phone ringing if u keep it on sofa as backside speaker is there
2) Very weak camera - not good for ppl who like to click pictures very often
3) Cant use this phone in sunlight as HD display exists not AMOLED display or LED display in other phone, brightness is weak as compd to my Samsung phone
4) Charging capability is only 10W means easily takes 2 Hr & 20 mins for full 100% charge
5) Motorola E7 Power doesn't come with any software update meaing U may have to keep using Android Version 10 for rest of ur life. No Software updates.
Overall good phone if u are thinking of gifting to ur parents but very bad choice for any youngster
