Yasin Malik according to me wanted to say
1: when will the Kashmir issue resolve, i.e where is the long ago promise for a referendum lost?
2: Kashmir is neither Pakistan nor India.
3: If India is taking initiatives for peace with Pakistan, why is Kashmir being secluded from the talks?
4: If Pakistan is leading terrorism, then is India all clean with respect to Kashmir? -the army brutality and sudden no referendum thing.
5: Indians say that we don't show support when Mumbai blast happened, do any Indian show any support to Kashmir issue?

What does the UN resolutions on Kashmir of 1948 say?
1) Pakistan vacate it's forces from J&K(including Gilgit-Baltistan).
AND ONLY THEN------
2) India takes control of all J&K and establishes law & order.India maintains a force to deter any further attacks from Pakistan.
AND ONLY THEN--------
3) A Plebiscite be conducted only after conditions 1 & 2 have been met. The plebiscite be conducted regionally (Separately for Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit & Baltistan).
Pakistan signed and agreed to the resolution but then refused to withdraw its forces from POK.
When Pakistanis blame India for not holding the plebiscite, they should ask their Govt to fulfill the terms of the resolution and withdraw its army from Kashmir.
