Wow that sounds amazing. We have booked here but could only get a Garden Suite room and couldn't get into the CASA FUEGO area of the hotel so won't be able to use the rooftop bar and pool. Would you say that we will miss out a lot because we cannot access this area? Also, are you able to upgrade when you check in and if so do you know how much they were charging? Many Thanks.
Just my opinion, but I would only book a room here where I could access the rooftop pool and Fuego restaurant. The resort is lovely, but the restaurant was the best on the property and you cannot beat that pool area. But then again many like the other rooms just as well. You can upgrade when you get there, but don't count on getting premiere rooms, especially at a popular resort like this one.
Hello! We are headed to the resort next week. We've been to the park several times and can't wait to be staying so close! It's actually pronounced Shkarr ett. The "X" is the Mayan pronunciation, like XelHa is Shell Ha. Unlike Mexico and XPlor.
Have a great stay, it is a wonderful resort. I keep intending to learn Spanish but lack the time in my present schedule and I appreciate any help I can get!
No microwave because it's an all inclusive resort you can order whatever you want from one of the restaurants, room service or buffets hot and fresh! That's why there is no microwaves!
For the first time I won't be uploading a walkthrough of this resort, there's just too much to see there. Instead I took several separate videos and will be uploading the rest during the week. Thanks for asking!
Hmm, not sure, I was there with my spouse and never looked for that. I would imagine sliding doors cannot be locked because that's how it generally is with that kind of door, but maybe someone else can chime in here?
Did you enjoy the swim-up? If I return I'd love to try the ground floor river suite where you can jump off the terrace. It was a lovely resort to be sure.
I will be there in a few days in a river suite. do you think the ground floor or a higher floor. I originally wanted the rooms you could jump into the river, but haven't seen any reviews as to people actually swimming in it. Your thoughts?
We (2 adults) stayed 5 nights at a cost of around $3K including the upgrade to Fuego (room only). It's not a cheap resort but it's one of the nicest I've ever stayed at.
Thanks so much for sharing! would you recommend this resort as a honeymoon spot? My wife to be and myself are definitely considering this spot but im concerned that we might be surrounded by annoying little children 24/7 lol
If it's your honeymoon think of upgrading to an oceanfront suite in the Fuego building just like this room. Fuego building is adults only and has access to a private restaurant and rooftop pool just for adults. During the day people tend to be at the parks or on an excursion so I never found there to be an overwhelming number of children about.
switcheroo I been told it will be a good place for honeymoon, like she said, Fuego is the adult building ... I'm going this November for my honeymoon, I will make a video also :) ...
I don't know where the wedding spots were onsite and I never saw a wedding party when I was there, but the resort itself is spectacular. Have them send you pics of where the ceremony would be performed.
Jacqueline Gonzalez sometimes there are deals in there website I got mine for $2,000 for 6 nights and the flight I went directly with the airline for 2 adults for $700... you can also try Expedia but try to go back and forward on there website believe it or not, from checking there website then coming back in an hour they ended up having the combo special. good luck. :)
@Dave Dez that a great price! ... hope you enjoy your stay, I recommend going to the la trajonera restaurant right by Fuego, ask for victor or Eduardo great service from them!....
I found the iron on my last day at the resort. It was located on the closet door instead of in the closet. Yes, there is a butler but for the building but we never had an occasion to call her
2 adults for 5 nights for around 3K (resort only, including upgrade to Fuego). I made the reservation from an online wholesaler before the resort was opened
yo no hablo espanol---are you asking if I'm from Mexico, or is this resort in Mexico? I live in the US, and this resort is located in the Riviera Maya by Xcaret Park
He's just saying like hey who's from mexico pretty much a more direct translation would be someone of mexico or anyone of mexico. The way spanish language is written is very differently worded than English.
Just left by far one of the most amazing places I've ever been to
I know, best all-inclusive I've stayed at in over 20 years

Since everything is included at the resort. Does that include the drinks in the fridge? Without being charge?
Yes, the mini-fridge items are complimentary
Beautiful place
Probably the most beautiful all-inclusive I've ever been to

If adult and not booked in fuego can you still access fuego adults-only section?
No, you can only access the rooftop pool if staying in Fuego section.
Is there a microwave in the room? Can you request an iron? I just never had a hotel room with no iron
No microwave. I found the iron the day before I left--it was in the closet attached to the closet door!
No microwave because it's an all inclusive resort you can order whatever you want from one of the restaurants, room service or buffets hot and fresh! That's why there is no microwaves!
If you order from your room is that all inclusive or is that extra do you have to pay
scuba joe 2001 chavez it should be included as part of the room rate you paid
Will you upload a walkthrough like you have done for other resorts ?
For the first time I won't be uploading a walkthrough of this resort, there's just too much to see there. Instead I took several separate videos and will be uploading the rest during the week. Thanks for asking!
Allinclusive Gal thanks for the uploads ! Love the videos ! We will be going in June to the resort and I appreciate your uploads :)
Thank you! Hope you have a wonderful time on your vacation. If you want to see pictures of the resort and read my review, go to allinclusivegal.com
There have an iron and ironing board in the closest.
Yes, I found it the day before I left, lol.
Is this an Ocean Suite or and Oceanfront Suite? The Ocean Suites have a partial ocean view and this does not look like a partial view. Please advise.
It's a Fugeo Oceanfront Suite. I believe the resort website lists it as "Suite Ocean Front Adultos" in Casa Fuego.
I stayed in 2508 too!
My husband thought it was the best room we've ever had at a resort!! Loved it here.
The mini bar is that extra or is that all inclusive
that is included in the price of the room
Hi, For the bathroom area can you lock the sliding doors from the inside of the bathroom area? Or is it just a regular sliding door?
Hmm, not sure, I was there with my spouse and never looked for that. I would imagine sliding doors cannot be locked because that's how it generally is with that kind of door, but maybe someone else can chime in here?
Was just there n the Place is a 10 outta 10. Stayed in room 4370 swim up to room. 7 days n going back for 10 days. Bookit.com u must go...
Did you enjoy the swim-up? If I return I'd love to try the ground floor river suite where you can jump off the terrace. It was a lovely resort to be sure.
Allinclusive Gal yes my family loved it. Definitely worth it.
I will be there in a few days in a river suite. do you think the ground floor or a higher floor. I originally wanted the rooms you could jump into the river, but haven't seen any reviews as to people actually swimming in it. Your thoughts?
Amy Smith yes Amy ground floor suite was definitely worth it.
Hi there any problems with double booking thru bookit.com?
how many days did you stay and how much was it. by the way thank you for the video😁
We (2 adults) stayed 5 nights at a cost of around $3K including the upgrade to Fuego (room only). It's not a cheap resort but it's one of the nicest I've ever stayed at.
Is this attached to their old resort? Stayed in Nov 2016 with my wife for honeymoon and were about to go back..
It's not attached but extremely close by we were there just last week.
Are you talking about the Occidental? That is a separate resort from this one; it is not attached but a short boat ride away from Hotel Xcaret
Beautiful
It's my husband's new favorite all-inclusive, and that's saying a lot.
Thanks so much for sharing! would you recommend this resort as a honeymoon spot? My wife to be and myself are definitely considering this spot but im concerned that we might be surrounded by annoying little children 24/7 lol

Your wife is a lucky lady
switcheroo I been told it will be a good place for honeymoon, like she said, Fuego is the adult building ... I'm going this November for my honeymoon, I will make a video also :) ...
Would u recommend this hotel to have our wedding?
I don't know where the wedding spots were onsite and I never saw a wedding party when I was there, but the resort itself is spectacular. Have them send you pics of where the ceremony would be performed.
They have a chapel with a 360 view on top of the one of the mountains at the resort! It's amazing!
Hi there, is the 3k including airfares or just the stay?
Resort only, airfare was extra.
Nice video, on what website did you book?
booking.com, I've had very good experiences with this online wholesaler
Jacqueline Gonzalez sometimes there are deals in there website I got mine for $2,000 for 6 nights and the flight I went directly with the airline for 2 adults for $700...

No tv? 🙊
there is a flat screen TV up on the wall in the corner by the door to the balcony. all rooms have a flat screen TV.
@Dave Dez i didn't say it needed one. I just asked.
YOU dont have iron because in that building, you have a butler , if you need it he iron your stuff
I found the iron on my last day at the resort. It was located on the closet door instead of in the closet. Yes, there is a butler but for the building but we never had an occasion to call her
