    Every single time I see one of your videos I learned something new. from my very 1st bass to my PB, every largemouth bass I’ve ever caught I’ve caught them using what I have learned from your vids.
    Thank you for sharing your knowledge

    I am in Ontario of Canada, almost same weather as Minnesota, typically I don't fish bass after September because bass going nowhere. After this video, I will give it more tries on outside weed line and outside of lily.

    Gene, you are making this Carolina mountain boy miss his adopted home state of Minnesota. I married a Minnesota girl, both my kids were born there and my love of fishing bloomed there. It is truly a wonderful place to live, half of the year. I love how there are no other boats on the lake, can't get that down south.
    Thanks for all of the great fishing knowledge and tips included in this video.

    Growing up in Florida, one of my favorite methods to fish that type of area you fished with the swimbait, is with a chunky ribbon tail worm (9" Culprit Fat Max or 10" Charlies Worm). Rod tip high, just swimming it across the top like a soft buzzbait and letting it drop into holes.

    Glad you enjoyed the lake our cabin is on. Also glad you didn't find some of our favorite holes except the Bridge area which is aptly named "The Grumpy Old Man Hole." for all the grumpy old men who fish from the bridge area.

      I love it. I'm going to spend more time on that lake next year for sure.

    Well done on that lake. Not a very big bass population. If I remember I’ll try to give you some back up lakes in the area to fish in case Mille Lacs is unfishable next year if you’re up here.

    I’m guilty of the dead horses often. I’ll get something in my head where they should be waste all my time on it then end of day make a switch and catch one or two where they werent “supposed to be”.
    Good video and good knowledge bombs!

    Hello Mr Jenson. I am new to kayak fishing I have had Jacksons in the past I have watched your videos I know you used them too. Which is better in your opinion a Liska or a SS107 . I planning on buying one of the two. If you get a chance could you please give me your opinion thank you. Bret

    • @Flukemaster
      @Flukemaster  5 років тому

      The Liska is a great kayak. I really liked it. The SS107 is just better. More stable, easier to get from the seated position to standing and the seat is a lot more comfortable with room for everything

      They are the Leverage Landing net with the XL handle sold on the YakAttack website. Last time I looked they were sold out though.

    1st. How do I catch a big bass on a senko with a spinning rod in open water instead of finding giant grass fish?

    • @jamesjazz3395

      Get a finesse jig with a plastic craw trailer. Let it fall to the bottom twitch once or twice then repeat.
