My tip would be to remove them carefully, make sure you re install them straight and square. Make sure both end pins drop into their corresponding holes and make sure they seat all the way down, they should click when seated and dropped into position. Also make sure the tab that’s between the two pins is also seated all the way, it should also click into position when seated correctly. my propeller guards are like slanted downwards, i think i attached them on wrong or something... any tips?

Yes, carefully unconnect them and try to get them straight I had the same issue at first.
