Ingredients : (For 4 hot dogs)
For boiling chicken:
200 gms boiled chicken
Water
Very little salt
For chicken stuffing :
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 medium size onion - chopped
¼ th carrot- shredded
1/4th red capsicum shredded
1/4th yellow capsicum shredded
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chicken tikka masala
½ tsp garam masala powder
Salt as per taste
¼ th tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
For layering the hot dog:
Hot dog buns
Butter
Ice bergs
Mayonnaise
Grated cheese
