auto opening is better actually..
you can open the starr drop while clicking the home button on the top right corner at the same time which will remove the lag I've always tried it and it works

1.5 billion rare star drops in 6 days is crazy. Also i think they should make it so the star drops are available in the shop for a week.
The first 2 days were really slow until it was 3 days when we got two teirs in the event, and it has been so fast ever since then.

The best option could be to release them at night (or very early morning) while people are asleep, then they'll open it up gradually as they wake up, get to school etc.

They should have prepared the servers before, they knew this was going to happen
if im being completely honest.. Im not disappointed at all.. It makes sense that they would rather delay it if it means not killing the entire game.. They are still giving us them just not instantly i kind of assumed it would be like at least 24 hours after we hit the goal anyways tbh it just kind of makes sense.. The dev team hasn't really let us down before so it makes sense for us to be able to trust them blindly.. although if so many people are bothered by this maybe they should give everyone an extra 25 🤭
yeah no theres 100% almost nothing you can do to prepare for something like that in advance.. the best way for them to avoid crashes is to do what they already did..
you cant pre patch a hole you have to make sure there isnt going to be too much water.. other than them releasing them to different time zones at different times what they are doing now is the best thing possible from what i can see
Imagine they pull a hypercharge event move..and as compensation they give us one legendary drop…that would literally create so much heat

A lot of the progree we made was because of the 3x and 5x star drops they gave us, we would not have finished the event without their help
I am very happy that we made, i have like 20 mini accounts and i'm going to open all 2000 star drops with my friend, and we're going to see how many brawlers we can get :), very excited for it.
Just be sure that your accs have over 400 trophies, otherwise you won't be able to claim them

I felt like I opened so many rare starr drops and I would be very disappointed if I didn't get the legendary starr drops but we are competing with millions of people so the likelihood is low. And 100 starr drops is an insane amount so there is no reason for me to complain.
Also I don't think the Devs didn't think we'll make it, it's more they didn't anticipate us making it a day or so before the deadline, they probably didn't anticipate the amount of people who would return, or make accounts due to this community event. I'm just grateful we have events like these.

This event was so much fun. The star drops were released just when school ended for our school, and basically all the boys in the school gathered outside the gate claiming the star drops.

The devs totally intented for us to complete the event or else they wouldnt have added the double drop mod and also free x3 or x5 drops. Those things really boost the progress

By the start of this event, I’ve had 12 legendary starr drops and that luck is going in reverse on the 100 Starr drops

with my calculations with an approximate average of 7 million active players multiplied by 100 starr drops, the servers will experience giving out 700,000,000 starr drops (one per 3 seconds). with that said, if the servers are strong enough to hold all of this, the servers will suffer for 2,100,000,000 seconds or a SOLID 66,54 years, if each player opens all of them on a row (or queue), if all at once, it has to survive 7 million starr drops every 3 second all the way till 5 minutes (300 seconds) has passed. however, with every announced line of code to the receiver (or so called phone app) is required 0.00001 kilowatts, with a single starr drop code line send to a player, it takes 70 kilowatts for one drop to be sent (or requested) and with all 100 starr drops, it will use 7000 kilowatts for the entire 5 minutes, and with that, supercell will need to pay 840$ (USD) for their electricity bill, which so you know a wind turbine makes ~7000 kilowatts for half of a day.
With all that i said, Supercell will lose an entire 0.0046154% of their earinings (not included the server upgrading value)

For me the event got completed just minutes after school ended. So me and my friends waited for ONE HOUR, hiding from teachers hoping to open the star drops together ( the classic mobiles next to each other on a table). It's not too bad though since we can all open them "tomorrow"😊

supercell would probably always know if the community will finish an event based on previous statistics so they would know exactly the numbers to make an event be 100% possible while also being a challange. also when there was the event where we could get infinite legendary drops the event ended right before we got one more but supercell increased it by one more day to "compensate for an hour of maintanence". W devs
I think the free 5, 3 and the daily starr drops boosted it way too much and dont get me started on 2x starr drop😂

Good thing that the devs will make it smooth not like when theres 2 stardropps that take 10 years💀💀 because when they wouldnt fix it will take 1000 years
So basically I have a spreadsheet that calculates the amount of rewards you can get from a certain amount of random, epic, mythic, and legendary stardrops. And 300 stardrops, I have 3 accounts, will result in a 0.978 chance to get 1 hypercharge in total, while some lucky people like my brother pull two hypercharges from one mega pig.
There was a point where it was so close you could only see one pixel incomplete 💀
I can't wait to open all 100 of these star drops and still get no new brawler 😭
