    I am trying to gratitude journal each day, even if it's a quick voice memo on my phone as I speak about what I am grateful for.

      Right now I barely have time to write, so I do voice-to-text when I take a morning walk. I try to write it in my journal later because I want to save it as a manuscript for the book I'm writing one day 😂

      @@MysticRhythmsYoga Girl, I actually wrote a little bit today for a story that I've been quietly brainstorming for a while and...yeah, I'm gonna make good use of these walks when I'm actually feeling clear headed enough to get that fiction somewhere! I absolutely love this concept!

    good habit: consistency
    bad habit: letting go and soothing myself with things that hurt me in the long run

    Implementing 2 good habits:
    2 bottles of water per day
    30 minute move my body with purpose! (Gym, home workout, dance or walk)
    1 bad habit is spending hours on social media, so I delete instagram app on my phone and check it via laptop once a week. Other times I can read or work on projects ❤

    I’m trying to drop getting in the way of posting consistently on all platforms. I’m trying to pick up the habit of feeling good enough about myself that I post anything that I want on my social media, instead of consistently consuming content about everyone else’s lives. This always leads me to a horrible amount of comparison.

      Yes!! Getting into your creativity is a beautiful thing when you get out of your own way and stop comparing. It’s a consistent reminder that we have to make for sure so way to go for working on it!

    Neurodivergent people are people who are neurologically different in some way for example ADHD autism or dyslexia.
    Neurotypical people as in people who are neurologically average definitely do struggle with depression and anxiety.
    Therefore Being neuro divergent doesn’t necessarily make you more or less resilient to mental illness but it could make you either because Neurodiversity is complicated.

    I really appreciate these type of videos from you! It's very encouraging. I like your advice from your therapist to just take 1 day at a time. I also appreciate the 20/20/20 or 5/5/5 rule you shared. That seems doable.
    A good habit I am trying to build is that I'm starting to exercise 3x weekly for 30 minutes, which is a real challenge for me. One unhelpful habit I'm trying to change is watching too many TV shows out of escapism. I look forward to your next videos!

    It's so funny you said you are the achiever typ 3 of the enneagram because that's what I thought when you were talking about your routine, goals and what you do to make yourself happy.
