I went to one, 2 weeks ago. He just wanted me to go back like 3 times a week for ultrasound therapy (I’m paying out of pocket 🙄). He ONLY touched my foot to look at it.
So I went to a new place today. I explain that I know and FEEL that I need an ankle adjustment, and what the other guy said and did. He said no. That I need multiple treatments.
Since he’s charging $55 instead of $100. I made 2 more appointments (trying to get back into my heels by next sat!). He put a heat pad on my foot and then massaged it. He did pull and crack my toes. THEN there was a random crack that felt so good. See, I knew it!! At the end he just said “it cracked, there’s hope we can do that ankle adjustment soon.”
I wish a had a chiropractor friend who could just be honest… I feel like I’m getting ripped off. They’re is no “menu” and I’m paying out of pocket. I wonder if that makes a difference…? I asked how much it would be and he was thinking out loud and went from $65 to $55. And he said that to the receptionist for my next appointment too. My husband says I shouldn’t worry about the price as long as I’ll be able to walk normal again, but I can’t help but feel like I’m getting ripped by off.

@@DrJosephCipriano Can you make a video about that? All doctors ever did and do for my flat feet is prescribe me with those shoe inlays. Those do help me walk, but I have very tense soles and calves. At home massage and rolling on fascia massage balls don't help enough. :(
