I’ve played a lot of Assassin’s creed games and by far, the only one I loved exploring every island and getting 100% was Black Flag.
I actually liked Unity, I thought it was great and never ran into any of the bugs. I also played Valhalla for almost 80 hours so far and I'm still doing things
Same here. Unity is definitely one of my favorites. The only major bugs i experienced were a few moments (it happened 3 times, I think) where the combat got really buggy (I wasn't able to attack by any means and couldn't parry either). Other than that, the game is great (yes, the story is kinda bad written, but still enjoyable), and the parkour mechanics are my favorites in the series.
Yea Unity was amazing, but idk After playing Valhalla for a while and you discover different builds it becomes fun, also inventory editor is a must so it opens more possibilities for builds because you get everything from store for free, the only thing I hate about Valhalla is SOP which is a good DLC but the horse speed bug is annoying af and you lose a lot of time running around and it just killed the fun for me.
I've played valhalla for 130hrs+
@@batmanfan_ Holy shit, I played the game for 90+ hours and got really bored because I completed most of the fun part (main story, every side quest I could find, got the fallen hero armor set, every raid, and a few more things) lol
On the other hand, I'm enjoying every second of AC Origins
@@andreiriboli yeah I guess I have no life, I have all the gear (free stuff) but I only got all the wealth no the other things, I'm playing odyssey rn and really enjoying it, having xbox game pass is great
Altair confirmed fastest assassin. His speedrun strats give his game the shortest run time, and are probably the reason he started breaking the creed.
*Laughs in Shay Cormac*

Origins and Odyssey was my favorites being able to explore pyramids was so interesting to me and the rpg and game play of odyssey took it up a notch

Yeah I agree with you
I got origins and i love this game!
I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
Origins is good but the gameplay and assassination is too repetitive...i stop playing
I hope rog assassin's Creed gets its own separate thing cause I prefer the original style of the game. Rpg is ass

I remember finishing Revelations the same day it released. The Ezio games were too good to just stop.
Being a casual gamer, I finished AC 2 for 13 months, AC 3 for 3 months on PC (then 7 months when I replayed it on PS4), AC Rogue for 2 months on PC (then 10 months on PS4). Currently playing Liberation (for 5 months now), Black Flag (for 3 months now), Brotherhood (for about a month now), Revelations (for a month as well), Unity (for 2 months now)... Yep, I played them simultaneously since I already know most of the stories with the AC novels before playing the actual games 😆 I play usually on Friday nights and during weekends for around 3 hours per day. Sometimes, when I'm bored, I revisit the ones I already finished to do those side missions and explore more..
For Assassin's Creed 3, they forgot about the three-part Expansion it also had as well. It was called *The Tyranny of King Washington* and it had a run-time of about *five hours* for the story and, to complete the entire thing, added about four to five hours, totalling a total of nine to ten hours of additional gameplay.
I'm holding off on Valhalla for the Witcher 3
AC odyssey took me longest, with the DLC and everything else, I got to about 350 hours played, and I still didn't platinum it
Platinums are really hard to get no matter how much of a gamer you really are
what's missing? maybe we can help!
I don't have the DLC but i'd like to play the Legacy of the first Blade.
That's more interesting i guess (it feels more connected to the rest of the series)
The fate of Atlastis, feels like a continuation of Alexios/Kassandra's story which is not bad either.
my completion time is 111 hours, already got the platinum
@@jakxrenegade29R if I went back to it and played it, I could get the platinum, but I spent 350 hours enjoying the game and it's world, it's visuals and it's story, and I loved every minute of it 😀
Funny
I 100% the game with DLC and platinum in 142 hours only...
111 hours it took me too platinum odyssey and it was worth it didnt at all feel like a chore, actually it was my first platinum trophy i ever got.
Grata
I don't remember how many hours i played but i beat black flag at least 3 times and 100% synchronization
Out of the new style I really liked Odyssey but Orgins was great! Valhalla was really good but the game is soo big. Old style I loved AC 4 black flag, Rogue, AC 3,Syndicate was great, Unity was okay.
I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
@@zicuvalentin2251 that's 79 days worth of game play lol 😆 I have 38 days worth in battlefront 2 that's the most in 1 game but I'm over 200 hrs in all the "new" style Valhalla, Orgins,Odyssey lol you must have absolutely nothing left to do in Odyssey but it's such a great game!!
AC Valhalla was a miserable experience. AC Black Flag was the most fun to play
Vallhalla felt too long but black flag is one of the best
@@bob1003 agreed. Black flag was a masterpiece
I think you meant that the other way around
@@jormdeworm no i didn’t. Valhalla was MISERABLE. Black Flag was the MOST FUN to play. Period.
@@donnyohakam Sure the ship combat in Black Flag was fun as hell, but the combat is ass. If Black Flag had the same combat system as Valhalla I would definitely play it more often.
it would be so much better if ubisoft focused on the quality rather than the quantity of their latest ac games. With the amount of the work they put in the games that would have come out would be amazing
Honestly the bigger the game and more stuff to do the better. That's why I loved Black Flag and Odyssey bcs I found myself endlessly doing side quests and exploring and grinding and I already had the best equipment early on in the game which was awesome. Not to mention how huge the world is full of opportunities and crazy creatures (Odyssey) to fight
I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
Same here. The bigger the game, the better it is and the more it’s worth the cost
100% AC Origins, all locations, achievements and weapons collected took me 90 hours and just finished the main story of Valhalla with All order members, legendary animals, zealots and mythical weapons and books of knowledge found and I’m 140 hours and haven’t even started a DLC. Valhalla is looooong but love it!
Odyssey took me 3 months to beat, so imagine how long it is taking me to beat Valhalla
It actually took me longer to beat Odyssey(110hrs) than Valhalla(70hrs) but it could be due to the fact that I didn't finish the dlcs that came out for Valhalla
@@YoRHaUnit2E Don't forget the naval combat in Odyssey. Considering how I am a greedy bastard and will scavenge for important cargo to upgrade the Adrestia my play through lasts about 480 hours that's not including the DLC's
@@ThomasTheAlphaAndOmega8509 tf why so much time
I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
@Chicago Cubs⚾️ good point brooo
I miss when the Assassin's Creed games were alot simpler and had smaller maps that took alot less time to complete. I love Assassin's Creed 2 and Black Flag for this and they had some of the best stories in the franchise. I hope they go back to this form of the games.
so stop hoping because they fucked up AC now and are moving on with games as services
Alot of big games biggest problem is that you get lost in the possibilities, and forget what the story is about. This happened to me in oddysey and valhalla. JUST managed to finish origins
Valhalla because of its long ass story and unity because the clean parkour and stealth never gets old
I'm pretty quick at 100%ing games, I finished GoW Ragnarok in 35 hours. Right after it, I played Valhalla. Took me 90 hours to platinum it, and by that time I was so fed up with the game (Both developmental issues with controls and mechanics and general disappointment/boredom with the story) that, even though I have the DLC, I just stopped altogether. Maybe one day I will finish the DLC I paid for, but I dont think I will be buying another assassins creed game. That said, I do have the ezio collection on the backburner right now which will be a nice blast from the past when I get to it.
I've definitely spent the most time on Valhalla. But Origins is the best out of the RPG's.
I played ac origins for the first time a couple months ago. Currently have 130hrs and completed both dlcs and all the side quests. Was sceptical about the game at first but now I reckon it's about as great as ac2 was.
Origins: 102hrs with all dlc included and 100%
Odyssey: 184hrs with all dlc included and 100%
Whoever did this video was definitely speed running and probably missed out on a lot of content.
A lot of people in these comments need to get some sun now. Damn

Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered + Liberation: 100.7 Hours
Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag + Freedom Cry: 63.1 Hours
Assassin's Creed Rogue: 40 Hours

I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
Black flag was long and amazing from beginning to end.
Valhalla was longer and interesting for the first 20% and BORING the rest of the way.
It's weird. I've played Odyssey several times and don't ususally get tired. The last DLC is pretty exciting. While with Valhalla.... it starts good, mid game is still fun... but it's so convoluted... and could never finish it.
I am in love with Ac Odyssey. I have approximately 200 hours with it
I love valhalla I'm still playing it, I'm not sure how many hours I'm in at the moment.
I can't stop playing haha
Me too! I’ve put almost 400 hours into it and they haven’t even started year 2 yet! I’m gonna be REALLY sad when I’m finally done with this game.
@@assassinscreedislife7636 you can buy the upcoming dawn of ragnarok dlc
Assassin’s Creed 4 Black flag the story was one of the best Assassin creed story’s. Also had a good multiplayer. I played Ac unity but Ac4 wins in the multiplayer and story.
also i have fully completed every game in the series all side quests and dlcs
idk what you guys were doing during your playthroughs but it only took me like 120 hours to complete odyssey
The most time in this order AC4,Revolution,origins,odysay,valhala,3,unyty,syndicate,Brotherhood,2,1
Notice how the best game in the series are the shortest... Notice how the worst felt more bloated.
I've been playing the ezio collection for honor
I'm still playing odyssey origins and vahalla
Completed Valhalla + Druids and Paris DLC and I have 234h 100% progress and everything collected (not fully upgraded tho)
I got 210 hours with odyssey in im still not done with main story. Barely started last episode of legacy. And i just start first episode of Atlantis. And allll The side quest i havnt done yet with a couple of places undiscovered
I finished AC Origins
Syndicate. Holy crap it was long.
If Kassandra is canon, WHY is she referred to as ''Misthios''? She would be ''Misthia''. One of the reasons I played as Alexios.
I didn't even finish Valhalla it just felt boring midway and just got tired RPG style. I miss the ols way.

On the same path. got the platinum last week. i wanna finish all side quest and get all ostracas b4 i take a long break from it.
I just did that in time for the last DLC crossover. Odyssey was a pretty great game
I did all that in a single play through, pretty sure my playtime was closer to 200 than 450.
Surely
AC origins felt like the perfect length for an assassin's creed game as it was very entertaining start to finish, not a single boring mission or side quest.

You can spend hours trying to get into one building alone
Agreed
💯
Assassin Creed Valhalla 134 hours in game and still haven't beat yet
I’m 15 hours in and haven’t left the first area in England
It took me 120 + hours to beat main game and clear all map ( except Asgard and Jotunheim map). This is without dlc I buy dlc only when all content is out.
And just thinking of a new game plus for all these hours I can get soaked in it while watching Vikings
I think the game doesn t have a proper end,at least so it felt
I mean I have 220 hours in, only thing I havent done are the hunting and fishing requests
AC odyssey took me the longest because I wanted to complete every location across all the maps (dlc included)
Good luck...it worth...I put 1900 hours into the odyssey ... the best epic fun ... the king of all games
I really love AC:Origins
I've repeatedly played many of the AC games, but Origins was the one I spent the most time on because I absolutely love exploring Ptolemaic Egypt
Every time I see something is close by me I always end up going to it. Before I know it I put in over 100+ hours in a game. That definitely includes the last 3 Assassins Creed games.
I just don’t understand why odyssey receives so much hate personally I love it and it’s one of my top games in this series
I honestly don't like oddessy , purely because I felt that the combat was really boring and grindy but the discovery was good and also side quests were really grindy as well. I feel like valhalla did almost everything better and origins as well
It's my next one. I skipped it due to reviews
Odyssey is a good game in general, but as an ASSASSINS creed game.... where is the assasinations?!?!
Would make more sense as a stand-alone game
@Grayson Fletcher the mood killer is the controls for me
You really don't understand? Have you never considered the valid criticisms. I can usually understand why someone might not like something even if I do. I really like odyssey but it's easily the worst at being an AC game
I been playing AC Valhalla and have clocked in over 738 hours and 27 minutes, completed it all last Christmas, have a power level of about 800 cause of the mastery points.
I burned myself out several times playing it, so now I am enjoying a nice hardcover book.
738 hours oO
Wth i finished it Completely with all the dlcs and have 200hrs
I got platinum in 108 hours and 80 hours on odyssey how you guys spend 738 HOURS but respect the grind
I feel bad for your life. However, using '738 hours on a video game' as an achievement without any shame is very brave. You're parents must be real proud of you for this prestigious achievement.

@@mikusduncis3218 rogue was in the artic and colonial america except black flag had a much much better story and setting

Unity story was really interesting too if you like the whole french revolution thing.
I agree with you Black Flag is my favourite. I'm literally replaying it right now, I took a break to eat and this post comes up.
Personally, I put some kick ass music on, spend alot of time extra to the missions taking over ships and strongholds stalking the enemies with a stolen axe wearing the cool black suit. Is always fun.
Cool environments to discover, plenty of things to do.
Taking over ships generally was great, upgrading and customising your vessel and building your crew is always thoroughly enjoyable. Doing this getting better, looting plundering for your fortune against the biggest navys and playing your way through some truly great cinematic fighting to achieve victory is a trip. Doing it in your own style and going about the world, it works, and the hours being in stormy weather on the high sea are easily passing you whilst dodging Rouge waves, tornados, defending against hunter ships too, or helping fellow pirates out, simultaneously.
Playing as Edward Kenway as the guy is a legend.... Swimming with sharks, through caverns, sunken ships, smuggler dens... and looking fit as fuck doing it... man's hotter than the Caribbean just sayin'
Great game. Great characters. Doesn't try too hard either.
May he and the Jackdaw's fine Crew never be forgotten.
With a bottle of Rum and a sexy rugged beard for it to drip down slightly as I listen to the fiddlers and singers... 'Ayyee', I say !!
Put in 350hrs into Valhalla, collecting every piece of opal, armor pieces, weapons, tattoos and decorations. Only put in half that time with Odyssey, but love both games. Need to go back to Origins at some point.
Did you play all the odyssey dlc
Dedication man
@@Simplystimulating Yep. and the DLC for Origins and Valhalla
I have about 300 hours on valhalla and 525 hours on Odyssey, I can safely confirm that Valhalla may have more side content to 100% finish everything but god is it boring to roam around the map and loot things lmao
Even after 525h I still very much enjoy running around Odyssey’s beautiful map and doing whatever pleases me, locations are more satisfying, camps are more fun with the tiny objectives to complete and it absolutely does not feel like a chore to do them like it does in Valhalla
Combat sucks compared to Ghost of Tsushima

My favorite AC games have to be Black Flag, Syndicate, Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla
Odyssey and Syndicate is crazy. I mean like I get Syndicate a little bit but like, Odyssey ain't even an assassin's creed game.
If Valhalla good?
Assassins creed is one of my favorite game series. Loved all the games
Assassin's Creed Odyssey took me more than 5 months to complete the story and there's still more to do
it only took me a month for the story. now I did a new game + and plan to 100% it
Bruh im playing it for 6 months mow still haven’t completed the stort

I took me 92 hours to beat the main story of valhalla. I'm about 170 hours in and I don't think I'm even halfway done with mysteries and wealth.
Went back to Origins after playing Valhalla and odyssey
It’s Just such a great Game
I'm no completionist, but on average I calculated that it took me about 24 hours to complete AC2 and about 80 hours for Black Flag
it took me exactly 24 hours in ac2
12:36 that's actually not completely true, it's certainly one of the biggest but black flags' s and odyssey's maps are bigger than valhalla's
7:18 He turns Italian as mentions harder to pronounce locations. That made me laugh a bit. Also finding feathers in AC II took hella of time. Glad in AC IV I just got a convenient map of those
Odyssey to me has a more engaging environment and less physically grinding style as opposed to Valhalla which improves it for me. The amount of “House Puzzles” all for single Ingots leaves a lot unfulfilling moments for me and the overall visual doesn’t change enough beyond (wilderness hillside) unlike the countless Greek Monuments. And even better the DLC is IN MAP in locations barely or not at all used in the streamlined story which bolsters the functions of travelling it all whereas Valhalla has completely separate maps that don’t feel as over blown as the original. England isn’t great and tattoo chases make u wanna pull your ears off if you miss a jump.
Yeah doing every little thing in Valhalla felt like a discusting chore while I enjoyed every single moment of Odyssey’s side content and freeroam, currently at about 500h on this masterpiece of an RPG
@@felixcote1697 I hate how both games have a leveling system
bro keep assassins creed games organized they are tooooo all over the place and Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla are extremely long games 200 + Hours to complete
Origins is the best AC game since Ezio trilogy and black flag
being half native myself I enjoyed a LOT of hours running around having fun as a badass Native American assassinating redcoats in 3. but as an adult I realized this game is boring af. I literally spent a whole summer, maybe 3 months, beating and exploring Odyssey. Got it in may or June and didn’t put it down until august.
I always thought it would be very empowering for a Native American to play as conner
i played AC odyssey for 2 months, and it not over yet. because i love to exploring the world of ac odyssey. hunting animals etc
Ac Valhalla. 37ish hours and I'm just now on Seas of Fate about to go to England. I love when assassin creed games has just as much side content and stuff like main story.
the last "true" assassin's creed is the syndicate. simple gameplay, the storyline is linear but still enganging.
when they release origins, it became an RPG, it's more like the elder scroll, the witcher, mass effect, destiny, etc rather than an assassin's creed game
My review…? Might be spoilers.
I wish Rogue was longer. I love playing as Shay, mainly because he is one of my favorite characters. And I love that Shay keeps saying “I make my own luck,” whenever anyone mentions luck. The game is like Black Flag except colder, which I prefer, since i’m not a giant fan of having tropical land everywhere. It’s also great that you get to play as a Templar.
The Ezio Trilogy to me is a bit boring. I really don’t know why though, maybe the climbing and combat mechanics, or maybe the fact that it’s very repetitive. Also the fact that some things feel like chores, like that one in AC 2 where you have to collect all the codex pages. I should be loving it like everyone else, but I’m not.
Assassins Creed Valhalla is fun at the start, and then it starts getting repetitive and a bit boring. Just getting a single gear piece or ingot takes ages.
Ac 3 is a bit boring, and i’m not too fond of Connor. I actually rooted for the templars in this game, when i’m supposed to be rooting for the Assassins (I think anyways).
Uh, I might add some more Ac reviews in the future. I don’t know why i’m doing this in the comments.
I'm glad to see that someone else actually liked Rogue, I wish Ubisoft added more story content to it. Even though I have great memories with the Ezio Trilogy I really didn't like the combat in it especially AC2
I just recently got into these. I played Brotherhood when it came out and thought it was cool. Didn’t pick up another one till earlier this year I played Syndicate (my favorite one), then jumped into Valhalla which I also really like and tried out Origins which I think is cool too.
I’m almost the same as you. Played the very first game when it came out then haven’t played since and I just picked up odyssey
1st - Valhalla (233hrs)
2nd - Odyssey (187hrs 49mins)
3rd - Origins (102hrs 26mins)
Including all dlc, and side quests
Valhalla 288 all dlcs everything done , odyssey same thing but 88 hrs an an origins 55 same thing everything done
Odyssey because this game has a very big main story + a map full of side stories + Character missions. Afterwards, the DLCs and The Lost Tales of Greece were also added. Besides this also an overdose of temporary missions, contracts and impact missions.
Syndicate had the largest map up to that point? You have to fact check that because Black Flag was the biggest till odyssey and now technically Valhalla if you include all the DLC maps
Being Greek my opinion may be a bit biased but AC Odyssey was the gameI spent the most time on (more than 200 hours). I loved everything about that game, fninished all the missions/DLC and covered every intch of the map. Origins was a nice warm-up before Odyssey but Valhalla was a bit too much for me. Even though I just had 2-3 territories in England, I started losing interest. Now I am back to Origins for a more detailed playthrough and I am really enjoying it.
I love black flag though time consuming but at least it is worth it. Then come Valhalla with just under 30 hours, I choose to give up for too exhausting and not fun anymore
Even though Odyssey is the longer than Origins, I think I’ve actually spent more time with the latter due to how EVERY aspect of the game has been PERFECTED to a T
Say what you want about Ubisoft but they NAILED the ancient Egypt feeling
Your totally right
Origins is just all around great. Balanced AC and RPG stuff so well.
Perfect? It felt grindy... Why AC moved to that style of game?
@@CYB3R2K Origins never feels grindy to me due to all of the skills that give you bonus EXP. If you know how to abuse them, leveling up becomes trivial. Odyssey feels EXTREMELY grindy once you get to Level 40
I don't understand why people complain about a game being too long i think that's incredible that means I can a game for a long ass time that's worth the 60 bucks for me that's awesome beating a game in like 15 hours and then having nothing to do that's not for me
For me
Unity: 25hrs
Syndicate: 45hrs
Black flag: 55hrs
Origins: 89 hrs
Odyssey:145hrs
And then i stopped after odyssey
Bc it broke me and valhalla didnt provide something new to me
I like that last 3 games are so long.
My top 3 AC games are
Odyssey
Valhalla
Black flag
I have 230 hours on Valhalla and I’ve done everything including all the gear d DLC, just have to wait till March for the next update. Also are you sure that the Ezio Trilogy games are that long because I’ve platinumed the entire collection in just a few days.
Unity is my favorite entry in the series, though I understand why some don’t like it
Why dont they
I like it but don’t think it’s the best. Story isn’t good enough but the gameplay is amazing
@@blockaderunner3582 I agree the story is lacking. It was a bad choice to kill off 2 of Arno’s father figures that we barely Even knew in the first five minutes.
I also like unity, the only thing I don't like is that I don't have fast travel??
@@chiyka the game does have fast travel at sync points. Do you mean there’s a bug?
135 hours to fully complete Valhalla?
It took me over 100 hours to just finish the main campaign and doing some of the side content!
Took me 156 hours to get the platinum trophy on Valhalla and it was definitely not worth it
Why
This video puts it into perspective for me, I like to beat games by doing the side stuff first and the main campaigns last, meaning that Odyssey and Valhalla were absolute behemoths to 100% that way.
