Ma, Is this course applicable to any of those community health work, social worker, Or what’s d prospect of that kind of work as per road to PR ?
You may have to switch courses. You cannot scale through the skills assessment for social workers with only a Pub Health qualification.

Doesn't matter as long as they are CRICOS registered and the course is accredited by the relevant authority.

Chioma does a Masters of Counselling has a pathway to PR?We are having challenges getting Masters of Social Works at ACAP...most intakes offshore are semester 1 2024
Not a very strong option even though it is on the list. Only some states offer nomination for this occupation so you have to find out which states.
I know MBA may not be a good course for PR but I’m currently working as an HR coordinator here for Emirates Airlines in Dubai and I’m considering to pursue MBA in Melbourne. If I manage to get a job and live in Australia for a couple of years, would that be enough for PR?
It will be dependent on whether the job is in the skilled occupation list and you meet all eligibility requirements to either apply for PR on your own or be nominated for PR by your employer.

How about commercial cookery starting from cert III and IV to diploma in hospitality and then advanced diploma in hospitality..Is there a hope for Pr? Because I have applied for jobs in the culinary field and most of the companies asking for these certificates to get a visa sponsor job.
I would encourage you to look at the information from the assessing authority for hospitality professionals regarding the relevant qualifications and experience. You will find a link to your assessing authority on the skilled occupation list

Hai, My child is to complete her BA literature English 3 year degree next year She has studied sociology for one year We consider MSW and Early childhood education (Master of Teaching,,) Which course will be a better choice in terms of job/PR . We are from India. Thanks.
Teaching and nursing field currently on priority occupations. Higher chances of getting a PR but also notes that there are ten thousand people heading towards this field to get a PR. It's going to be very competitive in the near future, just like the accountant. Nursing and teaching course are included unpaid work placement (a.k.a practicum) it almost 2 to 4 weeks each time every semester. You'd need to have sufficient funds to support yourself during work placement period because you won't have time to work part-time to earn living costs.

It is possible to study without a bachelor degree in the same field, but you may start with a graduate diploma before proceeding to master degree.
Many universities do offer this pathway.

There is no such list of particular courses to study for PR in each state. You will have to check the state's skilled occupation list for migration and make your own choice on what to study.

Maybe. That's pretty high and in my opinion, you may stand a good chance, but I do not work in Immigration so I can't offer any guarantees.

Hi, yes PhDs are great toward PR but as I said, always match your course to the skilled occupation list and consider all other requirements.

You can directly apply for skilled work visa and I think you have high probability to get visa coz you have a lot of experience.
Look at the requirements of your occupation on the skilled occupation list and apply for a skills assessment if you find your occupation there. If it comes back positive, you can apply for a skilled visa.
