I found that most of the restaurants don't give you enough chips. As you said they are cheap? The drinks are fine there. Well priced but didn't really like the food. Might have been because we got there quite late in the evening but still.
Great place Spoons with hand cut chips, it's a shame you didn't get that many, not sure why that was, but I've never been for their meal deal one with the steak, my dad has been with me and had the fish deal, and he got a 'normal' portion of chips, as I did with a normal menu order. Maybe it's just the steak deal that's cut back?! That football noise towards the end ruins it for me, I try and avoid all bars and places with blaring loud football noise, can't stand it lol!! I do find the service a little slow in Spoons, but I understand as they are usually very very busy. I'd go a 7.6 on that meal, it didn't look very substantial, but it was a bargain for the price!!!!

I can sit there all day and watch the world go by, give spoons a try it's very good food, the fish n chip Friday is especially good.
How did you find the chips? Just moved the steak and there they were.
Preferred the good old days a little bit down the strip.
Presentation was spot on,the short supply off chips would have made me say something to the server but overall it looked decent tbh,loved the views.
