- This guy had some issues, the mouth does not work or the head, the head piece is disconnected from the rest of the body. I tried fixing him many times but only managed to get the tail working!
Anyway, he’s great though, really like his songs!

You have to scrape away the glue behind the gills. It’s a slow process

Ryan Grade Yeah there’s like a very thin layer of glue behind the gills. I used an X-Acto knife to scrape away the glue and slowly peeled it. Afterwords it’s pretty straightforward repairs wise
Nice to see his tail fixed at least, I remember he didn’t even move at all at first.

At least you got the tail moving. These are tough to fix. Mine came fully working luckily
That is super lucky, I am still going to give this thing another shot. The mech and skin insides are very different and hard to get into.
Ryan Grade you have to get behind the gills. They’re held on by glue, you can use an exacto knife
I have one. The original skin deteriorated within 3 years of having it so I replaced it with the skin from my fried Singing Honey Bass. It doesn’t move at all but the skin won’t deteriorate at all now
Still needs improvements but, I like him!
