As someone who is struggling with addiction…I’m sure this is how everyone else sees us and they hurt, for us addicts. It does hurt seeing Joel just stand there watching the montage of the band and seeing Ahren.
I’ve always wanted to see lost & fading live. (My 1st show was 2018) I’m so glad I got to & that I got to see this tour with Ahren. But the stand in seems to have done a great job. I didn’t know anything about the issues going on, or about Ahren leaving, (temporarily or otherwise) until about a week ago & it crushed me.🥺❤️🩹 But I do remember saying Ahren seemed off or sick -while we were at the concert. He sounded different & he wasn’t as hype as usual. But I had no clue anything was happening bts. I hope he’s getting help & will stay w/ the band. It’ll crush me if not. Thanks for sharing! 🖤
If I remember correctly he joined a day before the Boston show (my fiancé and I went to that one) he was absolutely incredible! Dan took over a lot of it but he played everything very solid. If Ahren ever leaves I hope he’s the pick for them
