If you win, I believe you could claim damages in the six-figure range, given the emotional stress and disarray caused during the wedding planning process. This wedding planner needs to understand that such behavior is unacceptable.

I must say: always follow your instinct, especially a woman's instinct. Switzerland is indeed expensive, including the lawyer fee. So do think thrice about hiring a Swiss lawyer. Ringgit is doing a bit better lately but still Swiss Franc is almost 5x stronger.....

I prefer need check their invoice 1st, to make sure the fees request is correct, then make it confirm and don’t pay full payment, just pay commissions.
