    I started today! i have been wanting to start for like a month, but lacked motivation. Today i made myself find time at the end of the day, got a mat and it wasnt as strenuous as i was expecting. Love it, this will motivate me for the next work out to get it done.

    Found you in Aug! And have lost about 50lbs since!!! Obviously have added life style change on what I eat but I am one of those who couldn’t commit to anything exercise related especially at home and this one (wall) I have and been doing the other challenges as well. Thank you for the time you have put in to this!

      Thank u! Yes it is a delicate balance but I’ve realized saying nothing isn’t helpful either. I think there is a way it can be done with support and not deceit! I’ve also recovered from an ED so I’m sensitive to how false claims are so damaging. I’m glad u found me 😊

    Wow, I’ve never sat through an exercise intro video! I honestly feel like when you did your target audience (if you did that) you were speaking directly to me. Lol
    I wholeheartedly agree with all you said! And than you for creating something free. Pilates is expensive where I live, and I’ve been told by multiple physiotherapists that my body type would benefit from Pilates.
    I’m jumping in half way through but will be starting tomorrow. Looking forward to it and THANK YOU for being transparent and to the point 👍🏽👍🏽

    Huge kudos to you for offering all this amazing content for free.
    As a former Marathon runner and current HIIT addict (I'm 55), I was hesitant to try Pilates, but you have converted me. My neck pain is better, I feel stronger in my core, and my back feels better too. And I have only been doing about 20 days of your routines, although I have to admit I have done some of them many many times during that time. I will keep going, and I'm back to wearing clothes that hug my body.
    Thank you so much for doing this, I would have never paid to try something new like Pilates. You have converted me and I am forever grateful. You're the best!

    I just found the wall challenge today and excited to get started with both of these! I love that you are also an OT (I am too, turned SAHM to a daughter with special needs) and coming at it from evidence based perspectives. I do have issues with my feet now (toes cannot curl and my feet will easily cramp up that no doctor can figure out) so I am hoping I can still do these exercises even with maybe some modifications because I feel so limited and don't like most things besides walking. But now in my mid 40's is not enough so I need to get stronger and hope to lose the gained weight within the past couple of years.

    I started the 28 day challenge about a month ago. The first week I did the workouts almost every day. I love the simplicity and ease of these exercises. I am a ballet dancer and had only done 1 Pilates class before. I would do them everyday, however my busy schedule doesn't always allow. In about 5 days I really started to see and feel the difference, especially because I had stopped going to the gym and was feeling the lack of weight training. I feel stronger, everything feels firmer, these don't tire me out and I can fit them easily into most days. Thank you so much. The only thing I would love to work on more is the flexibility and arch in my lower back, and my back in general.

    Starting tomorrow! (May 1!) I’ve been struggling getting back into working out after a ton of health issues and a LONG journey in a lifestyle change. Im finally in a place where I’m consistently eating healthy, but I’m no longer toned like I was before my health issues and feel super weak. I’m super excited about this challenge!

    I try the wall Pilates 28 days but did 12 days love it but many things happened and couldn’t finish but I am not disappointed I am proud that I did it, never before was able to do every morning exercises 💪🏼just with that my body wow change I am not that swollen and I loss 3 pounds not much for many but for me an excellent results … I am going again I will try for 28 days but thinking if I achieved 20 days 💪🏼I am winning 🏆 thank you 😊

    I really appreciate your take on this. I really struggled with my anorexia a while back and just simply did not eat at all. I'm deciding to turn that around and workout to lose weight and genuinely be stronger not just be slimmer.

      I love that! I also struggled with anorexia and orthorexia when I was younger. Changing the focus from exercising to get slimmer to exercising to get stronger was huge for me. Going to therapy to learn new ways to cope with stress, rather than controlling my food/body also helped tremendously. I wish you luck and I hope my channel is a positive place for you and helpful on your journey in making that change! we're all cheering u on!

    Stoked to have found this challenge. I'm AuDHD so I need routine but at the same time change and challenge :) Haha I also feel like I hafta clean the house first but a couple things I've been doing are 1. Reminding myself to put myself 1st 2. Doing a "closing shift" (cleaning at days end) and if I dont get to do that for whatever reason, then I do my best to Only clean up around my workout area

    Hi Rachel….i am a former trainer with a disabling medical condition. I used to be super fit and athletic up to aged 48yrs old, around 10yrs ago. Since then I have lost all fitness and strength and seem to be losing more and more mobility and balance and proprioception too now! 🤦🏼‍♀😔 My mental health is suffering and I have also gained around 90lbs which is having a devastating effect on my body, pain and other symptoms making everything so hard. I had given up with the constant starting a new eating plan and exercising because it always failed and my body stopped me yet again. This was either by injury or pain or accidents. I am at my worst as I write this and for the first time in a very long time I gave myself 20 mins to JUST TRY SOMETHING! Something different and gentle and nothing like the old resistance based weights and HIIT training I used to do, but can no longer manage. I FOUND YOUR CHANNEL and gave Day 1 of this 28th challenge a go…..it hurt and was so hard for me….i cried at my lack of ability and exhaustion. I couldn’t even lie on my side without excruciating pain in my hips. I couldn’t finish the glutes/hip raise exercises without scary cramping in my hamstrings stopping me. I was dizzy, felt sick but I kept going and finished the 15mins. I was terrified to get too excited because something always stops me. I figured out that I would repeat Day 1 for a week or until I can do it all the way through without too much effort. Then I will move on to Day 2 again until I can do it with ease and Day 3 etc etc etc. it may take me almost a year to get through this 28 day challenge but I a, just going to try to stick with it! I will try to update here as I progress and how I get on if that’s ok? Current weight 207lbs. 4th July 2024

    I am new to Pilates and I really like it. I did your 28 day Wall pilates challenge and I'm almost finished with your 28day Beginner Pilates challenge. I gave up my gym membership. Would this 28 day challenge be the best to do next? I also walk at least 4 days/week. I have just always done longer workouts so is the length of these long enough to get results in strength and flexibility? I sometimes double up when they are shorter videos. Would love your recommendations!

    Is the 28 day wall Pilates challenge safe for a diastasis? I am almost five years “postpartum” with a 3” diastasis. I’ve not been active and have a really hard time staying consistent with exercise- but this seemed like a low impact start to core strength. Thank you!

      Yes! Small range of motion for the ab work. If the line in the middle of your abs is soft/gives while doing the ab exercises you are good 😊

    Hi Rachel. I'm trying to decide between your 28 day wall pilates challenge and this 28 day challenge. My focuses are primarily building strength and shaping/toning muscle. I'm wondering what the main differences are between the challenges and if you have a recommendation between the two. Thank you!

      Yes great question! Both are equally good for building core and glute strength. This new challenge does add cardio, more arm work and the workouts are a bit longer. If you have issues with kneeling, squatting or lunging, the wall pilates plan is better. I hope that helps!

    It's hurts to be on my knees for some movies and my tail bone. I have a thicker mat but it doesn't work for some exercises. Also could i use some type of knee pads ?

      I usually tell it at the beginning of the workout! I vary between 5-10lbs. Do what feels good for u

    I really really really want to try and lose some of the lower tummy. I used to be super thin but bad mental health made me gain a lotnof weight and I struggle a lot lot lot to go to the gym and commit to it. Would this challenge help me or would you recommend any other? Thank you!!

    I want to try your workout. But I have horrible bursitis in my right knee so I cannot get on my knees. Can you recommend any options for this issue? I want to lose weight & become stronger!

      I do have quite a bit of kneeling in my challenge unfortunately. You might want to try searching “Trifecta Pilates”.. she has challenges that might be a better fit for you!

    I’m not sure if this is the place to post this comment…I started doing your videos on UA-cam a few weeks ago…although when I enter the app, I see a number of different Pilates programs and challenges…it looks like there are several different challenges, but I find it difficult to find the next day in the sequence…is there a Way that the programs can be grouped together with the days going in order? Thank you and I believe you are doing great programs
