Just had a game yesterday were I was rlly tempted to just stop playing, an intelleon with x attack called jungle when I was already going Jungle mimikyu and had the audacity to constantly say "check it out" to me as if I was the one stealing jungle, every time this guy went into stupid team fights alone he'd just spam "check it out" on everyone, hell he even reported me when I said "yo intelleon, you need to stop blaming everyone else for your problems bud"

no we havent all been there, surrendering at 5 minutes should be bannable
@jamesperrott1 I half agree with this. 99.99% of the time surrendering at 5 mins is just stupid, but there's that very very tiny portion of games where you get completely destroyed, I'm talking like 1 or no goals left and enemy has a huge level advantage over your team, where it's probably a good idea to surrender. I think that before ray is defeated there should be a requirement of having 1 or less goals left in order to initiate a surrender vote. This is all just my take tho

*Frankly, if it were any other two pokemon... But starting behind Mewtwo and Comfey makes anyone lose their will to play.*
You know they can just roll you if you try anything, so you have to play even more defensively, which is just going to make them have an easier time getting even stronger. Then you feel like you're letting everyone, including yourself, down every second you have to just watch them get even stronger.
*In short, it just feels really bad to play a game where you feel you can't do anything about but hope they mess up big.*
comfey on any relatively strong/op character. comfey on mewtwo is hell. comfey on zacian is hell. comfey on mimikyu is hell. havent faced good ones yet but im sure comfey on blaziken is hell. in conclusion: comfey is a portal to hell

When I look at Comfey it's like that tiny exponential factor looming on the shoulder of the number and making it go BIG.
*Though there's an extra factor when it's something like Mewtwo X* because against any Comfey pair that's winning you really depend on capitalizing on the mistakes of the carrier, who is the one actually moving around. But Mewtwo's kit is so easy and straightforward that there aren't many mistakes to make, so even if they play badly they can be still a huge threat just by pulling you and holding a button.

Yeah, it is such a coin flip though. If it is on my team I pray that they pocket an actual ally that is good, or myself if I'm going on the offensive, and that it doesn't abandon a lane for the rest of the game once it starts losing even in the slightest...
It happens to the best of us...what's funny is your early game wasn't even that bad. I've had games where by 5 minutes all of our goal zones are down and we have an AFK

But its better to just just playing and hope you get the steal at ray. Besides if the other ppl your playing with are that ass at the game they deserve to be punished by forcing them to stay in the game and if you lose you lose and if you win you carried some ppl. I have my setting set to auto decline and i dont even see when ppl do surrender vote cuz if i gotta stay in this hell n struggle yall staying with me.

A simplified 3 year old Moba piling up more balancing problems than LoL and Dota2 did throughout their entire lifespans.
They need big nerfs yes, but I wouldn’t call it fatal. Not nerfing Mewtwo Y would’ve been fatal
@@XParasiteOctolingZacian has barely ever dropped below a 53% winrate when you exclude the week or so his special ability wasn't toggleable with a single touch.
Him and the Mewtwos don't need just "big nerfs", they need to get absolutely slammed.
Skillful mons like Lucario the first year who never dominated the game to this extent are one thing, braindead mons like Zacian and Mewtwo simply bulldozing you with their year long stuns, absurd range even when compared to some ranged mons, cracked base stats and absurd life steals/shields that allow you to outheal the damage some attacking pokemon dish out are another thing entirely.

Mewtwo X is also a problem but people seems to be happy that Mewtwo Y got a nerf and they forgot that Mewtwo X is still wrecking everyone
This happens to me in most of the games but i still have hope that we could win the game my teammates just keep spamming the surrender votes 😢😢
I barely play more than 10-12 games a day. It gets so frustrating. Here you have to endure 5-6hr daily . Mad respect.
I play only like 4 games per day, if I play at all lol.
Same if even that many. It’s so infuriating. I had a teammate the other day who had 0 damage and my team wouldn’t surrender
That seems like way too many games, I couldn't stand more than 4 or 5 matches per day, the ranking and matchmaking systems are infuriating

Good point about teammates throwing perfectly advantageous games. I think the problem is when they start overextending and fighting in enemy jungle or T2 goals (without Regileki)-- that is overconfidence. It's not that I have never thrown a game by giving too much comeback EXP, but it's a dilemma for me-- if I stay back and avoid those stupid super overextended teamfights (like a T2 push with 3 mins left), my teammates are far, FAR more likely to get wiped.
I also play late game mons a lot (Charizard, Tyranitar). I actually have a lot of confidence in KOing even someone 2~3 levels above me (as long as they're not also another all-rounder in a 1v1 situation), and I DO make sure to get Lv9 by the 6:30 mins mark. (Past 7 mins the center is fair game IMO-- our center should have peaked by that point, and it's more valuable to have those who fall behind to catch up instead.)
I think when people surrender, it's mainly due to two things:
1. They don't trust their team to win a team fight anymore, AND;
2. They don't trust themselves to win a fight or get KOs to get comeback EXP for the team.
I guess it irks me, since I'm usually a strong teamfight mon... (if I'm not an all-rounder, I'm probably a bruiser defender-- I've been using Lapras as my go-to defender.)
... That said, perhaps these players refused to surrender... because they know CrisHeroes is on their team. Hah!

They prob had automatic decline on in their setting so it dont matter who they were playing with it makes it so you dont agree to surrender.

@aquablast3155 its from afew updates ago i believe you can choose not to have them show and to either auto agree or decline for surrender. Its some other stuff in settings that got added to, i believe.
whenever i see Comfey, M2X and Zacian on the enemy trio q the first thing that comes to mind is "man... they must be seriously desperate to win"
this is every solo queue players problem, i feel that 😢
Moral of the story:- its not over, until it's over.
I remember a match where i wanted to go bot gardevoir and my game crashed in the prep phase before i picked my lane. I opened the game to go back to the game, but when i returned the match was loading and i got forced to jungle by my team, that game was really bad cause i'm a really bad jungler. I had a rough early to mid game and wanted to give up many times, but the support from bot lane kept cheering and supporting me after winning their lane, they really didn't give up on me that game, we eventually won and i performed decently in late game thanks to them.
If you're that support player reading this i must thank you, i really struggled so much that game and you made my match better
Today I played Cramorant and I feel ya man. I was alone in top soloing against a Lapras and Urshi. My teammates were Mamoswine and Inteleon bot, Scizor and Mewtwo Y jungle.
Not 1 minute into the fight we lost both bot bases, somehow a single Espeon obliterated both Intelion and Mamoswine. Zeroaora destroyed repeatedly both junglers and managed to score full 50s direct to homebase.
I lost my top lane because when Zeroaora wasn't destroying our junglers they thought they would be doing me a favour helping me on top... EVERY.SINGLE.DAMMED.TIME they died to Lapras and Urshi despite my support and fed them enough to hand me my ass so by the 2 minutes we had only 1 base on top.
Everyone kept dying and with my Unite Move I manage to get full team kills enough to alone push for both first bases on top and bot on enemy side.
My teammates meanwhile were dying to even the regis or being food for the enemy team.
I tried to surrender the game but everyone voted against 3 times so I just stopped playing, I don't feel proud but man it was just impossible with that people. Like u know things are bad when at the end all the enemy team gives you a well played. They knew my suffering.
I have never done that but this people really made me throw the match. The final score was my side 238 their side 1044.
Also all their build were assualt vest, leftovers, a combination of both and potion so yeah, it was a bad game from the get go. At least they didn't spammed chat prompts but man I never felt this defeated in the game.
One of the only times I ever go for a surrender vote is if we lose Ray and team fails to break shields because you know, coin flip simulator and i just want to save 2 minutes to get into the next game and move on from it asap. The other time I throw the vote is if I have an active troller/griefer on my team because even if the game is 1% winnable, those players do not deserve victory if they act against their allies.
If you're ever in a hard losing position, don't force your way into a brick wall. Find any opportunity to keep up, whether it's farming wild mons, getting a lucky steal, scoring small points safely, getting picks on over extending opponents, etc. It's the small things that make a big difference. Also just get Ray and the previous 8 minutes don't matter because this game is just a really long coin flip simulator that decides game at the last 2 minutes regardless of how the first 8 minutes go.
Yeah I surrender a lo lately, but mostly before losing Ray. The problem is pressing surrender when you are tilted and your team does the same, instead of see if the game is winnable

And this is why i play psyshock, espeon everyone goes stored power, so your lane partner missed out on oportunities to stun them so u can get away or follow up on the attack to maybe get the kill. Cuz when you have a team of mobile enemies or enemies that have cc moves, you should pick the cc move to counter that as well.
0:50 Cris I suggest you to build up your stacks on that baltoy, by the 8:50 swablus you can have up to 4 stacks ready to secure farm.

You surrender voting is understandable that early game was so rough
Earlier this season I had a day where 3 consecutive games, enemy team destroyed every single one of our goals and yet my team still won every single one of them by stealing Ray. Honestly, playing against these overpowered level 5 pokemons makes this game so tiring sometimes
I just can't bring myself to surrender before rayquaza. I've won so many games from far behind and lost so many games ahead that everything up to it, is just pre-game. I've had games where my team only won 1 team fight but it happened at 1:50 and we simply won the game. Basically what happened in this video.
In my case my teammates just denies surrender pushing the match much farther

Ugh, I had one Quick Match the other day where due to network lag or whatever, I was blocked from scoring 50 points after our team claimed Zapdos. I WAS SITTING ON A DEFENSELESS GOAL MASHING THE SCORE BUTTON BUT NOTHING HAPPENED ALLOWING THE ENEMY TEAM TO KILL ME.
On the flipside, I had a GOOD match where (as Talonflame) I fight off an enemy Inteleon AND Gardevoir from around Zapdos, then the rest of my team comes in, Zap is ours and the enemy team surrenders.
I'm always getting matches like this 😢
That’s me when I play support (my main role). Then I go play Mew (my main attacker (since release) and I get no help and manage to keep my lane defended for a good 6-7min before we get steamrolled because my team is brain dead. 😅

Inder's line proves how wrong unite content creators only contest a random pokemon build and just... Win. But on reality, you lose because the unite creators build fails and you are forced to change to your build that actually works and make a very guaranteed win.
(Mastering my favorite pokemons is way better than suffering the devilish ranked meta hell)
And before you comment on this, Cris always wins the matches with a perfect win rate everytime and makes incredible, insane and absurd plays that I watch everyday on Shorts and TikTok.
(Unite content creators are incredible to watch, and also i see leaks everyday by spragels, teeds, etc).
Yeah. That's it. My criticism about unite content creators making their pokemon builds and fails on the players perspective point of view but the content inside is perfect
you fulfilled Sword’s duty which is to secure Ray with Unite. my favorite de-tilt character for that exact reason lol
90% of the time im surrendering just because i dont have faith in the group of people I've been set up with,and i just wanna move on the the next batch in hopes that i get people that just understand the fundamentals.

Had a similar game like that where I was slowbro and my lane partner was a lavitar witch dose early game pretty much nothing against a sobel and eldegoss witch also got supported by their zacian jungler and our jungler didn't show up once at bottom witch lead to that they got so over leveled that they also didn't stod a chance on top
You know when you're in a situation like this in the top or bottom lane. I think you should just let them break that goal. So that when it breaks we can have more exp from the sides and centre to acquire. Also the enemy team will try to go for the other lane which isn't broken or the regis.
I feel like the timer needs to be longer so we can change our set of items and emblems, its not really fair when we dont even have a minute to change items and emblems. They should adjust it. That should be easier if they cant fix the stupid rank match up when you get a bunch of lower rank teammates that are clueless of the game
Would it not be better to see that level 3 Eevee and just decide.... "bYEEee!!! I am going top!!!!" ? Genuinely think that would at least bring back the fun 😅

Mewto should be allowed to megaevolve only after level 9, its possibly dominates during early game, and this seems disadvantageous
In a ranked I got a Mewtwo X, Zacian and Mimikyu + Conflei lane abusers. It is horrible.
I think this is the reason why I hate playing carries. I stomp the enemy team for most of the game and my teammates get cocky and let themselves get K.O.ed giving the other team the comeback experience they need to catch up or not scouting while we secure ray and let the enemy team get a steal.
It happens, sometimes you just lose the will to play, and if that happens just try to surrender, and if you can’t, then tough luck that’s how it’s going to be, what you SHOULDN’T do is give up and STOP PLAYING 3 MINUTES BEFORE THE GAME ENDS, if I have to deal with BS, then so do you random player that is currently running in circles at spawn
People that duo queue and then all they do is spam Mewtwo plus comfey really need to get a life

I don't get why surrendering is such a taboo thing. I'm by no means a surrender spammer (I'm actually never the first to surrender vote) but if you're in a miserable match and you just want to stop playing, that's okay. Sometimes hoping for a lucky Ray steal or a miracle fight is not worth the anguish.
I was once playing with this three stack of absolute clowns. Within a minute they were all spending more time pinging each other and thanks spamming than actually playing, not that it made a difference since they were so awful it was practically a 2v8. They instantly started a surrender vote at 5:00 and we had all voted to quit within like two seconds. My husband asked, "why did you surrender? We could have won that." And I simply told him "These team mates are so awful I'd rather take the L then play with them for even another minute."
Surrendering really isn't a big deal. You're not gambling with your life, you're playing a casual MOBA designed with children in mind.

As long as RayQ is in play theres always a chance to turn it around. RayQ is all that matters in this game.

I was playing solo queue, and I went against a full-on 5 stack with all of their clan name in it. They all had badges on their pokemon and literally scored 455 points while my team scored 44. The entire time, the 5 stack team went around the map together and didn't even go in the other lanes. Pokemon Unite needs to fix matchmaking for a skill based game where you dont get mixed into 5 stacks when you're solo queueing. 😂
Out of three games I always get one game like this. So 33% of my games are like these.

Teams get into trouble when none of their goals are broken because I feel like they get bored and then over extend and one or two KOs and all of a sudden it's a game again.
When you are two levels ahead of the enemy, there is little value in invading their jungle. Just get the objectives, try to push Regi, but don't over extend.
My snipe shot game 14 kos 112k damage at the end my team threw the game away😢😢😢

Also, if you're gonna choose psybeam, idk why you wouldn't go psyshock. The move literally says If the first enemy hit by the ray is slowed or is stunned, those same effects will be applied to the enemies hit by the split rays so the enemy is stuned longer alongside it being a move that pierces enemies. Imo stun is always better than slow for espeon cuz its other mons that do a better job of slowing but espeon wants to be played as a hindrance character and a character that can snipe ppl.
I prefer stored power because I'm not confident in my ability to land psyshock consistently. Usually go for future sight though
@abra_escaped i play controller so maybe its easier that way but i just hold the move n when i see them lined up or if i see them running in a diagonal line i hit where they will end at n it works it helps if you can do it frm a bush too but in the heat of battle just stay behind your allrounder or tank or support n attack them when u see the opportunity for the stun n eject out or in with ult.
Hey Cris, would a good nerf to the mewtwo be having them have to hold there megastones (Similar to Zacian)?
Doubt that would be a huge nerf but it would be something. Pretty sure the sets would just be policy/focus and spoon/scarf
