No issues with zeroing? my main issue was me shooting low but my 507k has bottomed out at its max height elevation. I ordered 3 plates just to test them all at different torque and got different results every time. Still haven’t found exact set zero that I love with it yet but I have settled at this point unfortunately. Just wondering if you had any issues with getting that perfect zero at 10 or 15 yards
@@ellisentertainmentandoutdo8235 finally got it zeroed in after getting a torque wrench. I am completely bottomed out vertically all the way to the top but it is in fact zero so I’m fine. However, it is a zero at 10 yards. Once I bring target to 5 yards I do shoot a few inches low. I genuinely don’t shoot that close when at the range and in a self defense situation it wouldn’t matter as much either but it would be nice to be able to go a few clicks up to compensate for the low shooting at 5 yards to be dead on.
@@justinlawrence7466 There was some talk about how the screws cause the mount to cantilever forward slightly, so it is angled down a bit, and is not totally flat. This is ideal for getting a better zero within the adjustment of the optic. If yours is level, or not angled down enough or at all, that might be the issue. Not sure on the tolerances, but it might be worth fiddling with filing it in places to try to get it to zero better that way. It is cheap, so if it gets ruined you can always get another if needed. That is what I would do. It is worth a try anyway. You could also try shimming but IMO I would rather remove material than potentially adding extra height over bore. My $0.02 anyway as a random internet idiot. I ordered mine and should be here tomorrow so I will know by then what my experience is with the Holosun 407k on this mount with my Glock 19 Gen 3.
@@adamrichardson2227 thank you for this! Very much appreciated, so if you look in the directions it actually give you the exact torque lbs to put the set screw in. I went and ordered a torque wrench on Amazon that fit the set screw and once the pounds are set it’s actually more straight then on angle. I got it zeroed but there is no play room to adjust but I’m happy with where it’s at and not touching it any longer lol
i appreciate you a lot for this video
Love you

I didn’t have any issues but not a lot of room to spare

Merry Christmas a year later. Thank you very helpful
Should I add extra loctite or stick with what they gave me I have the same exact plate and red dot
I haven't had any issues with what it come with and it's my edc.
Can you mount ANY optical on the DPP or is it made specifically for the Holosun?
They have different mounts for different optics
With the mount sticking out on either side a bit do you find it to be uncomfortable while conceal carrying (if you do)?
No not in my opinion and I’m a big guy
will these fit on a mossberg MC2C ?
I’m not sure honestly
It’s called Google it
Wow you are a big help Aaron
@@bruceharris4512 if it has Glock sights it will fit
