Hell yeah! I saw them way back when they opened for Korn in Calgary (2006 or so?). I had never heard of them at that point - they've come a looong way since then and I can't stop listening. I'm so glad they are still getting along with each other and putting out new music.

There was an old war veteran that taught me all that I know about the fight against the “demon” as he called it. He said to create a world in your mind. Take the PTSD and give it form. Manifest it into a being. Give it shape (In his own words “So you can see your enemy”) Now imagine that it has taken over that world. It has put you in chains. Torturing you. Ruling over you.
Now, you must find a way to break those chains. Find a way to escape that prison. Find a way to rediscover your power.
Then you must take back your world.
This is when you will fight for the freedom of your mind.

@@scottcampbell8876 thank you, to all of you who served... unfortunately my ptsd was caused by a different kind of trauma, starting from when I was a young child and then made exponentially worse last year... I was held captive by a psycho for two and a half days and nearly killed after being brutally beaten raped tortured I finally got away but although I thought I was ok, I am having night terrors and emotional breakdowns more often the closer it gets to one year since it happened... I don't know why.. but I am trying to stay strong.. music helps so much.. thank you so much for your service. You are amazing to have fought for us all and will ALWAYS be heroes to me. Blessed be.
A guy at the gas station turned this up in his truck. I had to ask who it was, and I think I've never seen a brighter smile than his when he realized this 65 year old man wasn't asking him to turn it down. Now at home, dancing and crying! Awesome!

I have been obsessed with them for years, I go see them everytime they are in town, the only band I can listen to over and over and always seems like the first time. He's an amazing singer with a great group of men behind him. Thank you for putting this together, it's all I listen too all day at work. It gets me thru the day in any mood I am in, always hits the heart and soul.
I'm 16, and I've been listening to the band's song since I was eight years old because I went to their concert when I was 8, but I remember one of the guitarists came me a guitar pick. The thing is... I lost it because I was so young and didn't know any better to take care of stuff.
I'm 26 and have been listening to them since I was 10, I remember the first concert they did here and brought all the kids under 12 on the stage and gave my sister a pick from Ivan, I was soooooo jealous

The song has multiple of his other old songs into one song and it sounds really good.
From the pain of personal loss, rage and everything else in between! This band covers it all! I really don't think that they have a single song that I couldn't relate to at one point in life! KEEP IT UP!

I'd give anything to meet them.. The greatest band in the entire world in my opinion. Like comments b4 I can relate to every word. No one knows until they have been on the other side in darkness. My heart and love goes out to all who have been there and returned and to the families of those who didn't. I’m just putting this out there, I finally realized from all the songs, all the different feelings or mindsets of different people of how they feel in the moment, from the struggle they are going through. Because I’ve gone through most of those feelings myself. Ffdp thank you for helping me realize I’m not the only one! We are all human, we make mistakes, but we still can make a difference with the choices we make.

I live these songs every for all my life. I have never felt so found then I have been since I starting listening to this band. So much music out there and some hit small part of deap imotions but this band did something none has done before and that's give me hope. Being trapped in one's head is no place to live. This has been my go to band for year. They help me when my mental health isn’t the greatest. Put my headphones in and go away somewhere.
Boy can I relate! They have all my thoughts, words, feelings but they organize it all and make sense of it and turn put songs that are my world, it's awesome having their take on this crazy life instead of just my garbled mind!
I could never sit and have a particular favourite genre of music. I'm now 42 yrs young and recently come across Volbeat and these FREAKIN legends I now feel musicaly satisfied much love 🤘

I can relate to every song. I’ve been listening for years but I’m realizing a lot lately and the songs are really hitting home for me. I’ve seen them a few times in concert. The last time was on my birthday October 5. It gets me through my days. I’ve been following Ivan for a while now. One concert he went up to the people on the hill I was in a seat but I thought it was so cool! I was wearing a heart monitor just before the concert on my birthday. I’ve never been a drinker but I see what it does and how it has affected my life. My only addiction is cigarettes. I’ve been through a lot, more than people know. I’m very misunderstood and very strong. ❤. Thank you

I've been listening to Rock music since the 1970s whenever I was a years old me and my brother used to spen kiss records on my brothers turntable I've been listening to Rock music all my life and I love it everyday I Rock out allday everyday me and my brother grew up to Rock Radio in the 70s and 80s and the early 90s that's all I got to say now bye.

Here's how it makes me feel. 5FDP is an instant serotonin booster "shot" so to speak. A very very very beautiful natural high. No drugs needed. IMO.

I have been a huge fan of the band ever since their first song. I’m an 80’s girl and was into the hair metal back then, for some reason FFDP reminds me of the music from back then. People always make fun of me for being a fan, and say that they can’t stand their music, but just like with Nickelback, they want to hate on popular bands.
Official knucklehead hear, have the ink to prove it. My wife and I are going to go see them live in October. It will be our first time seeing them. Can't freakin wait! And yeah popular bands that get a lot of radio play always catch hell from metal fans.

I'm 46, I've been listening to metal my entire life. My first album was Kill 'em All when it came out. I've been to hundreds of shows, seen around a hundred different bands in my lifetime. 18 of those concerts were with FFDP! Definitely in the top 5 bands for me.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
