I have the phantom violet S21. Despite all the bullshit Samsung is pulling like no microSD slot, I'm simply in awe every time I pick it up. The design language is truly one of a kind and the display is gorgeous. No regrets (although my wallet would disagree).
I still think there's no point to make S21+. They could've just make S21 with 6.4 inch screen and 4500mah battery. 6.4inch still great for both small and big hand

Amazingly, if you buy an S21, you really wouldn't be upgrading that much. Only in processing power, reverse wireless charging and stereo speakers. But you'd be losing headphone jack, resolution, iris scanner, expandable storage, glass back and heart rate sensor.
Many trade in deals that make the S21series very accessible. I got the S21+ for 384.00 & 16.00 a month. Verizon gave me that 6hundred deal for my pixel4, couldn't refuse that deal!
I bought the s21+ yesterday from Verizon, but its out of stock so ill have to wait till June 29th before it ships. But im really surprised that Verizon have me $680 credit for my s9+, so I only had to pay $320 for the s21+ which is a steal. I cant wait till the s21+ comes in and ill definitely update this comment saying how I like the phone.
I do not like features taken away especially what I am upgrading. I like the option of a headphone jack and I see no reason why they have to totally remove it and force me to use Bluetooth I like to have the choice. Same goes with the display. I want to choose I don’t like somebody making the decisions for me and I have to pay for a new phone but less features. What does everybody else think? Sometimes Bluetooth doesn’t last as long as just plugging in a headphone jack it all depends on what you’re doing at the time. Don’t take away my options samsara!

Man the lack of a charger in the box plus the lack of micro SD card storage and only a 1080p screen makes both the S21 and S21+ feel not worth it honestly. The only significant advantage the S21 has over say the S20 FE is the Snapdragon 888 everything else is either the same or a significant downgrade and the S21+'s only advantage is the 4800mah battery Snapdragon 888 and slightly larger 6.7in display. Everything else is basically the same. I just got the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and it looks like it was the right choice more features for less. The only real cool thing is the potential for an S21 FE with the Snapdragon 888 but then everything else could basically stay the same as the S20 FE. Hopefully if they do do it they don't take away the micro SD card storage in it.
I tend to agree. An extra 200 lids for .5 of an inch for a bigger screen and bigger battery? I think I'll make do with the S21 as the ultra would be too big for my jeans pockets as fabulous as it looks.

About that "you won't feel a difference" (regarding the plastics) I'm not an expert, just went to a store to get my hands on both. And omg I definitely felt a difference immediately. It felt very cheap. S21+ felt better but also cheap. I'm having my s9 and it feels way more premium. Sad cuz I hoped this generation is finally a nice replacement. Hopefully, Samsung will skip the cable and wasteful paper work next year. Just ship in the phone and the pin. If the customer can buy wall plug charger, they definitely can buy the cable for the charger. The paper work is absolute waste, most people don't care about.

I didn't like these phones at all. S20 and S21+ are no more flagship devices (compromised with the screen resolution, back material, no infinity display, no charger - these are few things which differentiate a >$700 devices from mid-rangers). These are mid-ranger phones with few flagship features, but full flagship prices. Very much disappointed with Samsung. If this continues, my next device won't be from Samsung. This is the first time I have a previous gen phone, but I don't have any desire to switch to the new gen. Very much happy with my S20+ (only thing it requires is adaptive refresh rate).
I love the design. Its brave and ergonomic, and it's just super pretty with the Samsung colour combos (especially Phantom Navy Carbon on the S21 Ultra).

S21+ has a bigger battery which makes a difference and also a bigger display.
We cant forget that even with the 1080p res, the standard S21, because of the smaller screen will have a ppi of 412 versus 395 of the s21+

Trade in my s20 Fe for the s21, it's a trade off of things but I think s21 is significantly friendlier for one hand use.
