- 1) One in three Indian office-goers are facing burnout post COVID-19.
2) India is the 2nd largest country to face employee burnouts with 29%.
3) Indians works longest, earn least with virtually no time for leisure.
These are some of the headlines in major newspaper! An Indian works 52 hours/week while a person working in the same company works 41 hours in UK and 45 hours in USA. If the company is same, why do Indians have to work more with comparatively less salary. Sometimes 1/4 of what a person earns in USA or UK.
In this video, I'll be addressing these issue with facts and statistics. What are the reasons behind such actions? Why is it so unfair for Indians?What are the reason behind employee burnout/frustration in India? I'll also compare working in India vs abroad? I'll expose how these foreign/international companies are treating Indians as 3rd class employees and using them for their benefits! These can be your favorite companies like Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, BCG etc.

It's almost 10+hour/ day for Auditors after doing CA/CS/CMA for 5+ years
This is the harsh truth and still half of the students and peoples are unemployed. They are still not getting the job and when they get the job this is the one happens with them working for a long hour till Saturday also, don't know how can we change this whole system so that everyone will be comfortable and get their life easy & happy too. :)

Just saying salaries are high in abroad is incomplete information, you cannot compare two countries salary without taking purchasing power parity into consideration and difference in cost of the living

Go for Indian startups. They pay similar amounts, work-life balance is better in most cases and work quality is better in 100% of the cases. Indian offices of US companies only get third class work.
