    Is there Inspiratory pause/ expiratory pause button role here to decide to whether the obstruction is in ETtube or lung parenchyma (resistance) after peak pressure alarms ongoing?

      Ya it helps but when abdomen is tight like this come compartment syndrome, it becomes difficult at times .
