The best times and days to pin would depend largely on your audience. So I would recommend initially just determining a posting schedule that you can stay consistent with, and consider when your audience would be most active. If you use Tailwind it does have a smart schedule feature that will tell you the best times to post also. If you are new thought, I would focus mostly on consistency!
