Every Copper who hasn't reported a colleague for committing crimes is complicit.
All Coppers should be asked how many of your colleagues have you reported? If they're long serving constables they should be investigated if their answer is none.
When someone says to me "They're not all bad apples" I say "Oh yeah, the good apples must be the ones in the back ground looking uncomfortable and doing fuck all about their tyrant colleagues". I would say i see it all the time in audit videos but the truth is even seeing a "good apple" doing sod all is a rare occurance, most of the time it's just a bucket of bad apples working together...

I’m a retired NHS paramedic and I’ve seen these evil scumbags in action many times. It’s unfortunate for the few that are honest and not tainted by these undesirables. Until that changes, the police will continue to think they can abuse their powers with impunity, by reason of ignorance, indifference or malice. And it will only get worse.

Am I the only one who thinks in the light of the current state of all these wronguns in the filth, shouldn't anyone who's arrested or under investigation, or invited in for a INvoluntary interview have the right to know if the arresting cop, the one interviewing you or the one investigating your case has had any complaints made against them before you are obliged to engage in any way.

When a organisation investigates itself are we really surprised they usually find no crime has been committed but I feel if a independent body starts to do it we won’t have many cops left
Trouble is that bent coppers who joined 20 or more years ago have moved into higher ranks and are more unlikely to be brought to justice by colleagues below their rank. An independent non police body needs to investigate these awful people.

Not fit for purpose. Reminds me of just how bad the beginning of the police force in the U.S was, so bad that the government had to employ a secondary police force in order to deal with the first. It all came to a head outside a governor's house when the two police forces faced each other off, and the new force won. Just cannot remember the name of the new force, at the moment. The same should be done in this country..

20 years ago, you dropped the bar for recruits for the sake of "Diversity". A laudable aim, but dropping the standards? Myself & my friends (pretty sure everyone else with a brain, too) saw this coming a mile off. The standards need to be held high. If you're good enough, it shouldn't be a factor where you were born, or anything else.
