We Give Life: Melanie’s Story

Melanie was already living with lupus when, at age 26, she found out she also had kidney disease. She found support from her DaVita social worker, Willande, who helped her navigate her new world. Today, Melanie shares her story on social media and has built a community with others facing kidney disease.
