PTCL Direct itself does not give you internet. You only need to open PTCL port in nearest PTCL Exchange.
Because PTCL has laid a network of optical fiber cables in every area from big cities to small cities.
So you can't bring internet from big cities to your city because you don't have enough infrastructure and budget to lay hundreds of kilometers of optical fiber cable.
So you have to contact the private internet service provider companies operating in Pakistan.
These companies include companies like PIE, Wateen, Nayatel, Transworld, Wi-Tribe, Storm Fiber etc.
These companies give you internet and you have to buy bandwidth from them.
Now, if these companies do not have infrastructure in your city, then you can buy and open an optical fiber port from your nearest PTCL exchange and these companies provide you with their internet in this port.
That means you use PTCL's optical fiber cable only. And the rent of this fiber has to be paid by you To PTCL and the rest of the billing of internet has to be paid to the company providing the internet.
Each company has its own way of charging you and the rates also vary depending on the type of bandwidth. Because if the net is CDN or PURE CIR or mixed, then the bill will also be based on the same, which you will pay to your internet service provider companies. Then, from PTCL exchange, you bring the bandwidth to the place where your tower is installed by putting fiber cable and then provide internet service to your customers.
