I have that type of Charizard and like a in that it’s pretty much a ice charger. It’s in the rough blowing end, but I have a double of that that I’ve never noticed and then went through my binder and I found a double of them.

I think the yellow border looks terrible on the full arts, but I don't think the PTCG is going to change that anytime soon.
