Mine came broken too. The limiter (micro) switch was broken. Two of the front panel rivets were sheered off on one side. Its seems they could have packed it better and put it in a slightly bigger box. Customer service was OK. It took them two weeks to ship me the part. This is not a cheap piece of junk its well made and a lot of fun!! Probably cost too much to assemble in USA. I say my overall opinion is to go buy one from amazon now!!! Oh the directions suck!! The same person who packed the box must have made the directions too. Great video
Bought both a Raven and a wobbler today. The Raven doesn't come with the legs required by the wobbler. I can't figure out how to attach the wobbler to the wheeled base. Not sure it will.
Taliesan I heard back from Do All Outdoors customer support. You have to order the legs for the wobbler if you want to use it with the Raven. The legs are $20 and Do All will ship them to you.
Just bought one of these and here are a couple suggestions. First, include paper assembly manual. It's awkward taking iPads and/or video players into the garage to watch the video only assembly instructions. Second, tell us what size wrenches are needed. I figured it out of course, but why not just provide a complete list? Third, why two different size Allen bolts? It's unnecessary complexity. Make the ones on the warning ring holder the same size as the ones used on the skeet magazine. Cuts the tools needed and cuts the number of different parts you need to have in inventory. Fourth, video shows no washers used on the axle to frame. When I finished I had exactly four washers left over. Were they extra or should they have been used on the axle? Don't know, nor does instructions mention extra parts (if they are). Probably not a big deal either, but I expect more.
I have called this companies' customer service center. Left messages, no response. I have read reviews of others with the same experience. There is nothing but an answering service on any line. Do they even have a customer service? If their customer service center is so swamped with calls needing assistance they have no time to answer, even for days on end, what does that say about their product? If you have a problem with this company, it looks as tho you are on your own.
Bolts, not screws. Adjust the crescent wrench properly. Lets not even mention attaching the safety pin. How about all the washers? Should have used some attaching the axle. The instructions that came with this unit stunk, this video is not much better but you can get the job done. I hope the quality of the product is better than this. I just did it on my own.
Johnathan, It was great meeting you today. This thrower is amazing. Thanks for a great deal on a great product.

Great instructional video. If this video confuses you put your gun away. You should not own one...
Can you keep the wobbler on and keep the wheels?

I had legs from a defective white wing. So I used those. Works fantastic.
Cool. I don't. =) Going to see if they have an adapter. If not, I'll get one made.

The instructions that come with the unit are TERRIBLE! No parts list, no detailed description of hardware.
