Thank you, Tim, for that very informative rundown of your impressive setup. In comparison, my own system is quite pathetic, though it satisfies my current needs...just! You've given me much food for thought.
    All the best 👍

Hi Keith, I know the feeling. As you see in the video, I used that small pancake compressor for almost 20 years.
Thanks for the comment and for watching.

Minor correction: CFM is a measure of air volume, not air velocity. If you put the same CFM through a 1” pipe the velocity will be much lower than velocity of the same CFM through a 1/2” pipe.

Hey Tim, I’m glad I found this video on your channel. If you don’t mind, I am going to copy your setup. I am putting a new air compressor in my shop, only difference is my compressor will be outside the shop in a small enclosed area, well ventilated. If you think of any hints for this, please let me know. Thanks Tim, I enjoy your channel very much.

Hi Marty - I think you will be very happy with this setup. Having the compressor outside the shop will be much more quiet. I highly recommend the copper pipe grid for drying. I am impressed with how effective it is. Use the heavier walled pipe to hold up to the pressure.
Good luck with the project and let me know how it goes.
Thanks for the comment and for watching.
