I get bogged down in details but I may have missed this somewhere. Im assuming "default internal access" is for those employed by an Org and "default external access" is for those NOT employed by the Org? I know it seems so simple but I just want to make sure all bases are covered. I'm not well versed in Salesforce, CRM, tech and office terminology
