She could’ve called the cops and showed them those messages instead of using her free will to get inside a car with him. Is there evidence he had a gun? That changes the story into more of a forced kidnapping rather than her willingly getting kidnapped.

He doesn't need a gun,she is probably lying about it because she went and Is embellishing . Insane that anyone could blame her!
      Personally though, I think that her parents should have noticed that the relationship she had with this teacher prior to the kidnapping was inappropriate and should have prepared her better to spot people like that and talk to them about it.
      When I was growing up my parents would always stress they if anything felt wrong to always come to them. They wouldn’t judge me, just help me.

    • @sepharaSwift

      I only have sons but from birth I’ve stressed to them that adults don’t ever need to be having conversations with them outside of “hi how you’re doing?” Adults should never need their help to do anything, find a dog etc. When I took them to the playground I’d tell them you cannot leave with anyone (adult/child) without me and if an adult speaks to you rather than respond come and tell me and I will speak with them.
      Paranoid I know but I watch the ID channel like it’s a sport. My eldest is now 12 and plays well with kids even teenagers but I cannot get him to have a conversation with an adult outside of the occasional nods and yes and no. SMH but he is safe.

    I had a Computer teacher that flirted with me a loooot when I was in 8th grade. He'd let me use the computers during recess, because I liked to play games online. I was pretty antisocial back then... And he would sit next to me and stare at me all the time.
    One time I asked him "what are you doing?!" and he told me "Can't I stare at a pretty girl?" 🤮🤮He got super mad when I had my first boyfriend; and his reaction confused me at the time. I actually went to this school from 4th grade to 5th grade, and this case was one of the many reasons why my mom pulled me and my brother out. I walked past that teachers classroom every single day to get to class. It absolutely horrified my friends and I that if we had been just a few years older, we could've been that girl.
    Also, Culleoka had a lot of problems with teachers. One only got fired for sexual harassment of his students (he taught 6th grade to highschool, but as far as I've heard he only went after the highschoolers). A few of my teachers were told about the sexual harassment done by another student by me and my friends and they did absolutely nothing about it (and its not like it could've looked like a couple of kids trying to tell on their classmate for something he didn't do, there was a good 6 or 7 of us, a few who had even been harassed which included my best friend). Kids got in trouble for not understanding work even though they had learning disabilities. Culleoka is genuinely the worst school I've been too and I spent so many nights crying myself to sleep bc of it.
    Edit: I honestly highly doubt they investigated the kissing thing. They cared more about if a girl was wearing a skirt that was more than an inch above her knee.

    Elizabeth, we stand next to you and behind you. Although I’ve never met you, I think you’re a brave young woman. As the Bible says, “God kept you in the palm of His hand.” Stay strong girl! You’ve said that what you really hope for, is a family of your own. So I pray that God grants you your heart’s desire for that in the future. What remarkable wisdom and courage you’ll be able to impart to your children! In the meantime, we’re sending love, hope and strength against any difficult days you may have as a result of what’s happened to you. ❤️🙏☺️ Have a very Marry Christmas! 🎄

      When youre a sheltered kid that feels unwanted by your own family, (ie homeschooled and abused) and then bullied at your new school, the second someone gives you attention, especially someone that seems as though they are trying to help you, you want desperately to believe them. It doesnt start out crazy. Not by any means. They start out normal, they gain your trust, they give you all the love and attention you ever wanted from your family, they become your closest friend, and only then do they slowly start to break you down mentally, only then do they make you believe that no one else loves you like they do. By then youre already caught up in something more than you can understand at that age. As a kid, at that point, you dont know what to do. You dont know whats right and whats wrong anymore. You emotions are all over the place. So you give up. You let go of control because holding on hurts too much. Thats how the break you. That's how you end up in this situation and others like it.

They even had a tracker on my phone in case I got lost. It’s kinda irresponsible on the parents, of course on the girl too but she’s not an adult she’s not thinking clearly.

    • @delpicsla65
      @delpicsla65 3 роки тому +2

      @Ben lol it’s not about trust there’s a tracker in case of emergencies. In case I was in a horrible situation like this, like I got kidnapped or lost and they needed to find me, or even if I lost my phone and needed to find it. As for the teacher, well of course teachers are good and you should be able to trust them, but newsflash not everyone is good in life, exhibit A. Why are you so defensive about this? Are you the parent or something?

      @@lamaravilla9486 the mom was an abusive POS. Sure, this should be a lesson to parents to be more cautious, but let's NOT use this to point blame at the father, and instead rest the blame on the pervert.

    the worst part of this is that she's probably going to heavily blame herself and treat herself like she was somehow a consenting party in this, possibly for a decade or more. the incredibly sad part is that she has zero blame in this whole awful situation. it rests solely on him, he (and anyone else who's over 18 and going after somebody under 16) has to be incredibly disturbed in the head and a total perverted, twisted freak to groom and try to have a "relationship" with a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL!! ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING HE'S IN HIS FIFTIES!! absolutely DISGUSTING human being. predators like this literally feed off of and manipulate the ability to make victims THINK that it's entirely or partially their fault, even though they have zero blame - they use that to try to keep victims from talking and to try to keep victims from treating them like they're a predator. it turns the victims against themselves inside their own heads. i can't even imagine what that's like.
