Dr. Lau, could you share your insight on ceramides? It shows positive effect on hydration abilty, however dementia patients always present high plasma ceramides. Although the causal effect between dementia and cermides is inconclusive, I am still having concerns if it can elevate the risk of dementia or cognitive problem

Dr. Rex形象百變，今次係三十年代文青look😊謝謝講解蛋白肽，今年初開始食用粉狀飲用的水解膠原蛋白肽，因為有某些外國研究報告說服食四至八星期後縐紋有明顯減少，所以網購試試，至於是否皮膚是否改善了真的不太清楚，因為平常都會搽護膚用品，而皮膚狀態有時又好取決於休息和食物，但出人意料地，膝頭關節卻少了格格聲，行很多路時也少了以往的冤痛。
