F-ZERO GX - Cosmo Terminal (Night Thunder)

- I normally post clips on my channel for F-zero but never really posted a track's gameplay from start to finish. So this is what this video is about!
In this video I'll showcase one of my favorite tracks in GX; Cosmo Terminal! This is a one-off track in GX and boy is it memorable. The track is separated into 3 lanes throughout the track and you are free to go through any lane you want. The hard/nerving part about this track is how thin it is and there are no rails for the majority of the track! One wrong turn and you'll be free falling to your death! This track helped show me how much control you truly have in F-ZERO. I hope y'all enjoy it!

Nope! Just my orange GameCube controller I had since l bought the system 👍
(I wish I had a racing wheel though… it would be so cool to try that with GX)
How come you have boost on the first lap?

@@RicksterLPs Try to finish final cup (not AX) with Night Thunder haha. NT is very hard to master... It turns too much.

Night Thunder was (and still is!) my favorite stock car, as it actually handles REALLY well for how fast you can go while boost-spamming. The trick to controlling it is to sometimes hold down both the L and R button, completely breaking your traction. It enables very smooth turns that you can't make reliably if you don't hold down the buttons. Some turns need L+R and some turns don't - you have to learn each track. Very fragile vehicle though. It would be much more competitive if it was even slightly more durable.
