A more consistent method of doing this glitch is by holding the Minimize/Maximize/Close buttons (by either left or right clicking, without holding shift). That way, it's also fine to move the mouse a bit, as you're not moving the window 🦅🦅🦅🦅

For those on Mac if you pull your mouse up to the top and click on the Mac options at the top you can spam them and it will freeze your game
You can also just press any buttons up there.
