    * Scent leaves

    * Goat meat
    * Cowskin (pomo)
    * Cow tripe (shaki)

    Can I use mint leaf if I don’t have scent leaf? And did you preboil your snail after it defrosted? Thank you for this. I’m planning to make it this week.

      I’ll advise you use just a little of the mint leaves. It has a strong fragrance that could overshadow the taste of the whole soup. Yes soaked the snail in some hot water for about 10 minutes before using. You can also preboil it. That will be quicker. Enjoy ☺️
