i was obsessed with spg a few years ago when i was in highschool and a baby trans boy. stopped following them as closely for awhile (just got distracted by other fandoms) but when i found out rabbit was a girl i was so happy!! that something and someone i cared about was like me! and now, its been a few years and i'm checking back for the first time and i just wanna say that bunny looks. so much happier than she used to like 7 years ago. it warms my heart and i'm so glad she and the band are still going strong.

I personally love it whenever Rabbit busts out her "Spine-Voice" trick (as in 18:32). She's taking full advantage of her unfortunate beginnings and embracing her malfunctions. Its clear from her performance that she's settling very well into her metamorphosis. Props as always to her mechanical motion and sheer wackiness. Zero was in top comedic form today, not afraid to say any little thing that came into his mind. He's been at this for a couple years now, he knows how to play with the other bots. Loved hearing his song in these acoustics. And The Spine, whose melodic voice crooned the band to victory with every note he sang. The straight-man reversal was an interesting sight that I did not know I needed. We stan the robot triumvirate! Play on, you wonderful weirdos, you! (And also Michael, cause let's be real here. MICHAEL. It is unfair how much talent he has compared to us commonfolk.)
"Metamorphosis" Idk why but I laughed at that. I'm trans myself and usually draw butterflies/deer to represent that (V manly I know) so thats probably why I laughed a little. Plus I thought of her as a butterfly for a second popping out of a cocoon. (Hey its Leon btw, names for work if you're wondering)
I die every time at 12:08 when Isabella almost falls off of the chair 😂 her face of pure panic is hilarious (yes I was worried she would actually fall I’m not that heartless)
New to these folk, but greatly pleased to have discovered them. The Spine's variable output integrated communication equipment (v.o.i.c.e) is amazing. (From a retired musician and singer).
I feel the same way. At first the voice was jarring compared to what we've expected; much deeper and not the perfect harmonies we know and love. Eventually I fell in love with his style of singing, and every time I see him in a video like this I love him a little more.

At 51.48 The Spine got pretty scared, judging by his eyes (too soft to be robotic, by the way), like "Whoa, I'm not ready yet!". It was so cute. Also, to see him laughing and cut it 'cause David remembered he's supposed to be playing a robot was awesome!
Bout time y'all uploaded sothing. You guys are awesome and my kids love you to death especially my 10 month old. Rabbit you've become so beautoful our family is proud of you for being you. You gave both me and my now son inspiration to be ourselves. I wish i had been able to be there for the stream i wanted to say hi ^~^
It's so interesting to hear this version of Honeybee, with Rabbit's female voice and Zero instead of The Jon. I prefer the original version just as a principle (it was the first thing I heard of these guys a few years ago), but I love this version as well. I absolutely love this band. They always manage to make me laugh, smile, and/or feel. The twins are absolutely hilarious, and I loved Hatchworth and Zero is fantastic too!

Man, the band sure does have a lot of mechanical rebuilds every now and then. Like, they do have a lot of redesigns and reworks, often too. I wonder what the company is up to.

Just discovering SPG via Steamworld Heist. Hope to catch the next livestream (...if there will be one)! Will Zero be getting a Walter Robotics welcome video at some point? I absolutely agree with him at the end when he acts like you guys just played SNL - they should have you on someday! (It’s also somewhat funny for me how I discovered the band via a terrific video game, and now the newest member of the band shares his name with one of my favorite video game characters who also happens to be a robot!)

Okay, I can't lie. This was my first time hearing Shattered Stars, and since then I've been listening to it repeatedly every day during my commute. It consantly drains my phone battery because l have to keep UA-cam on.
I wish I could move to California just to hang out with these guys. The way they riff so well together and joke around makes me wish I could join in lol
