I want to try the lavender rose deodorant for sure! 😊. Btw, Angela, this look is one of my faves u have ever done! It’s all of my cool-tones fantasies come true!!! Love the fact that we got to witness your whole process, too. Also, I had to buy the Urban Decay liner in “Mushroom” after seeing it on you!! 😍😍🤍🤍🤗🤗
It's so nice to see the time invested rather than a 10 minute edited version that makes it seem like a time efficient "out the door" look. Thank you for this unedited video, I loved it!
I really appreciate the unedited eyeshadow looks. Thank you for showing each step. I love that you show the good, the bad and the challenging. Great video!!!
Omg i love this style of video because now i know I'm not taking too long when i do my eyeshadow. I love eyeshadow it's my favourite makeup step, so normally, it takes me in between 20 - 30 minutes to create a look. I've saved this video and am definitely going to recreate this look. Please do more of this unedited video style 🙏 🙌 😍
I LOVE this video. You can actually follow along in real time. I would call this an “Old school” makeup video. Actual unedited makeup tutorials are rare these days. I know it’s not possible all the time but maybe a regular series of unedited videos once a month with a specific request from followers could be possible. I know I would love that!! Thank you for this video. You are awesome. ❤
Love your unedited format! I remember a video years ago where you sing. Would love to see another one of that AND what you are wearing. I always look forward to your videos on eyeshadow application, I am learning a lot. Especially as my eye shape changes as I get older. Thank you for all that you share ❤️
I looooove Native. I literally have every single scent. Switched 2.5 years ago never lioked back and I can work outside on the hottest of days and still smell amazing.
I love love love the unedited eyeshadow looks…it’s much more encouraging to watch application, mistakes, fix ups etc.,you told us how many times you tap into the shadow and how you tap off and it’s fabulous to see exactly how to do it.
i really liked this unedited video❣️ Creators and Owners of eyeshadow palettes didn’t even know how amazing their palettes would or could be until you…. 😊
I just followed this on the first time watching it. So much fun to do along with you. And I tried new to me techniques and love how it turned out. I hope you’ll do more of these. It’s been a very bad week for me but this just made my day and i feel pretty. Thanks for sharing your talent and inspiration.
This is by far the most helpful eyeshadow video that I have seen on your channel, hands down. By seeing it in real time I have a more realistic expectation of how long a look can take and now I feel like I have a better idea of how to blend shadows since I got to see every step. Can you please do more of these every month? This was awesome!👏👍🏻
@@angelaabright I have a suggestion, Natasha denona glam palette, I think I only used it twice, for some reason, I can’t come up with any looks, and I’m not good at blending, thank u.😘😘
@@angelaabrightNatasha Denona glam palette, Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam & Modern Renaissance Palettes and Pat McGrath’s Mega Celestial Nirvana. I got all four around the holidays and I’d love ideas for how to get wearable everyday looks with them!
Think something feminine and beautiful that you could wear out to work or coffee with friends. I’ve now got these four great palettes but I don’t know how to use them and since I spend most of my time at work or exploring the city during the daytime, I’d love to see looks that I could recreate for a Saturday afternoon or a Monday morning, etc. thank you!
I think I watch your Eyeshadow videos the most, your so detailed with how you explain and the real close up you give helps alot I rewatch alot ..I appreciate how much you use your Palettes I dnt really see any influencers really go back frequently to re use or show new looks taking their time ,and I get there's so much to review so ppl try and use so many shades in 1 look . I like a more detailed look . Sometimes I'll check your channel out b4 I get a new Palette to see what u think how much you have used it and how versatile you are with it..to replicate.
I feel the same way about eyeshadow: if I'm wearing it I want you to know I'm wearing it! I love these videos and would love one from Modern Renaissance next!
I really didn’t mind the parts where you weren’t talking. It is what it is. We have uneven eyes and we don’t talk when concentrating on not stabbing our eyes with cosmetics 😂 I was still engaged and enjoyed the video.
Me too,..I'm old enough to be her mom + 10 years...lol, but we didn't have youtube videos of course back in the day, we just did it, but Angela is great to watch and so pretty. I have the same eye color she does, so it helps me put together different looks I never thought of before.
Thanks for the tips and tricks! You are the blending queen! I would have never thought of using face powder to blend the shadow edges. I love the Sigma E65 and never thought of using it with a pencil. Patty can make 5 looks out of any palette! Both of you are amazing!
the u edited micro-details are amazing. So appreciated. As a cool-toned gal it makes me excited these shades look grey on you, that mens they may look actually neutral on me instead of orange like most "neutrals" turn out
I felt like the taupe colors had an olive undertone that’s very subtle and then there’s two deeper taupe plums. I really wanted this pallet to work, but I found myself so stressed out every time I tried to make a look that I liked and ultimately, I felt the same way you said “I like it but I don’t”. I hope in the future she will come out with a pallet that has like a gloomy, rainy day soft blue kinda like the blue metallic she had in the original golden palette. That is more of a color I’m willing to wear. I basically don’t feel comfortable wearing anything in the teal color family because I just feel like it immediately brings out the dark circles under my eyes
Angela, thank you soooo much for doing this video unedited!!🙌🏽 I really appreciate this!! Now I’m going to try and recreate your eyeshadow look, which is very beautiful!! I hope to see more video’s like this in the future. Enjoy your day beautiful. 💖
The taupe grey shadow looks so beautiful on you! The look is very chic. I am so glad that you shared how to use ND shadows! I love the colors and how other people look with her shadows. Maybe now that I have a different way to apply and blend they will look better on me. I liked this format!
Wow Angela, these video is great because I can now see how this look is really created. This is extremely helpful for me as a beginner. Thank you so much.
Wow love your haircut! I just came across this and was like, is that the same girl I watched years ago that did the eye makeup videos?! I quit cuz I am never going to do this kind of makeup since I am in my 60’s, but just had to resubscribe to see what’s new! You look great btw!
I LOVE eyeshadow. It is my favorite part of makeup. I get so much enjoyment out of everything about it, even just swatching them makes me happy. This video feeds my soul. You are the queen of blending. Love it. 😍
Lancôme eyeliners are very creamy, goes on clean and lump free. I also like their pigments. Soft and doesn’t take much for color to pop. I like your technique time doesn’t matter on these videos because you are teaching/talking etc. Great video
I LOVE this real time eye shadow application video! After all, that IS the way we actually apply our makeup. This is much more realistic. I also liked seeing you use regular face powder on your eyes. I often do that for the inner part of my eyes when I am doing a very simple eye look.
Love these! As someone who finally figured out why shadows never stayed on my eyes (oily eyelids) late in life and how to get them to stick, I love seeing exactly how to work with shadows. You are by far the best to watch. You actually show what you're doing and you're not far away from the camera! So, I would love more of these but also can't wait to see some of your new content! Thanks Angela!
It’s funny ……I like watching you as you tap off your brush and seeing the little clods of eyeshadow fly off of your brush. Your eye looks are always gorgeous!!!
Thanks for sharing your fun with makeup! Totally appreciate your style and recent change to whole face tutorials! You mention not buying every palette and using what you have already!Great advice!👍❤
Great, great video. This is exactly what a TUTORIAL should be. Also love the look. This should be way more common for you. I even noticed how you changed the posits of angled brush when doing your liner. Holding differently depending on where you were on your eye. Thanks!
I really enjoyed this video. I haven't used this pallet but I noticed that colors will pull differently on me because of my blue eyes. You're beautiful!
I find these in real time detailed videos great to help me improve my eyeshadow blending and application methods! More of these type of videos please! Thank you! Great video as always
Hi Angela, Just watched the video. Loved it and will watch more! I thought it was just me with my left eyelash looking different than the right. I figured that its because of how the wand is positioned. What I do is I use my left hand to do the right eye and vice versa so that each eye is coated the same. I noticed an improvement, especially on the lower lashes.
This is one of the two looks that I have liked from this pallet. It looks beautiful. The other look that I like was done by Risa Does Makeup. Good job!
Thank you for doing this video! Love all of the unedited details but I also never would have guessed this look came from this palette! Totally looks more gray/silver than it looks in the palette! Gorgeous and inspired me to play with this palette more.
It pulls more taupe/tan on me because I am cool toned. You're warmer toned than the shadow shade so it looks more grey. And then when you warmed up even more with bronzer the shadow pulls even cooler - or more grey.
I love this look! I think it looks much more grey on your skin. Looking at the colors in the palette I never would have envisioned this look. I also have a heavy hand with the shadow now that I have learned how to apply shadow, thanks to you! I'm scared to death the new trend is very natural with eyeliner...nooooo! And I like the unedited version. When I’m trying these looks, I always have to pause and rewind! Maxi is a beautiful color! Lastly, I love listening to you think out loud! I talk to myself all the time! Have a great week! XO
How did I miss this video when you originally posted it? I recently bought this palette and I think I will create a pretty look with it for work today! 😎
I loved this video! A real time video makes me feel less bad about how long I take doing my face. ❤ thank you Angela for another beautiful eye tutorial that is absolutely gorgeous. OMG 😮 My heart shrinks when you beat your brush like that. I just put the brush on the refill and the pigment picks up easily itself. 👍
I get it…I not do that with my Japanese brushes…bad for the finish. So I got out of the habit and figured out I do not need to
It doesn’t ruin my brushes, I’ve had some brushes for 4+ years with no problem
