Hi Mike, we chose the Telos XG50 due to the fact that it is using a 12um thermal sensor, which is the same microns as the Guide and Hikmicro. The Pulsar Telos XP50 uses a 17um sensor. As we wanted to keep all parameters as close as possible for fair testing, this is the reason that we have chosen the XG50 over the XP50. If you have any more questions let us know. Thanks, Team NVA.
Why not use the Telos XP50 instead of the XG50. I feel like that would have been a more apples to apples comparison.
