Otherwise you'll have to make your way through the entire level on Heroic or even Legendary to get another shot at both achievements.
I know I'm 1000 years late, but if you get ejected and reset checkpoint it will still pop at the end as long as you didn't eject at any point during each segment. Or at least it did for me.

For what it's worth they respawn indefinitely on Legendary. Possibly anyway. I noticed they spawn less frequently if you camp them from the catwalk above them. I never saw the end of them.

Useful information. You should have a total of 48 elite kills on Heroic. Don't know if it changes for legendary.

I did the achievement where you need 1 minute to spare but it won't pop. I even did it on coop and it didn't pop on either accounts.
Actually it happen to me… made the jump and died when I connected with floor. It’s rare but happens.
