What My Morning Routine Looks Like

  • are you an early bird or a night owl!?!?!
    well, I am a naturally a night owl that disguises myself as an early bird ha ha:)
    but really, I get so many questions about my morning routine and what it actually means to "win my morning" that I figured I would share with you step by step what I do☀️
    check out my video below to hear what I do in the first 2 hours of my day!!!
    1. Drink 16 - 18 oz of room temperature water
    2. PreWorkout
    3. Workout
    4. Journal
    5. Devotions
    6. Affirmations
    7. Personal development
    8. Be still
    9. Wake up the kids:)

    Thank you so much for this Ali! This was so inspiring and encouraging!😊I love journalling and working out. My morning routine is similar, but it dosen't hurt to switch things up a bit..'Will check out those books..Please keep doing these videos. They are excellent! God bless you.

    I do most of what you do as well. I love mornings at 5am too. When do you eat your breakfast.
