The Synesthesia mod is very useful for mania players though, and that mode has timing based colors for the notes as just an option rather than a mod. So if someone got good at it then it could be useful. Bubbles is fun but I wouldn't rank it very high either. This was good.
Any time I join a multiplayer lobby on Lazer, there's always someone who never takes off the barrel mod... Then there's me who MIGHT use hidden if I want to hate myself that day
I can definitely see the synesthesia mod being extremely useful for new players that are just switching from stepmania-esque rhythm games to osu!, if you're already used to how osu! operates as is then it'll just look distracting for sure. I could definitely see myself using it if it was available when I was still new to osu!.
Even if some of these mods seem goofy I like all of them. I've played a lot of games where features were removed and even if not the most popular, it is annoying to see those go. That's why I like the approach that has been taken on osu lazer, it seems to me that if something is made they include wether it is practical or not, and by doing so gives more options to players.
the fun mods seem like a gimmick that will be similar to what we currently have in EZ and they will probably be popular on youtube also there will definitely be a tournament based on these mods. ekoro xeroa hteztr when?
I like no scope because it is fun but also helps you as a newer player get used to unconscious movement and comfortability with your cursor and sensitivity.
Hey, so what was the map, when koi put the barrel roll mod on max, it seems fun. (The one on 12:05) edit: I figured it out. It was Blue Dragon by Seiryu
I like freeze frame, maybe it's cause I like to edit maps I like and make them AR 0 (just cause) so I like to think of it as an even lower approach rate. That's just me though, I'll respect anyone else's opinion if they don't agree.
The funny thing about Magnetised is that it was originally called Aim Assist, which is exactly what it does
koi did a vid on it when it was still called aimassist lol
It set unrealistic expectations, I really just expected the mod to slightly correct my aim.
@@RaFaReAcH If it actually moved your cursor it would completely mess up tablet players
Summary: in this video he ranks all the osu! lazer mods.
nice summary 👍

7:02 meanwhile, mania has a mirror mod on stable for years
ugh
Barrel roll is like the mouse drift experience for tablet users
I dont know guys, im pretty sure KoiFishu is reviewing every osu!lazer mod
the fun mods seem like a gimmick that will be similar to what we currently have in EZ and they will probably be popular on youtube

ekoro xeroa hteztr when?
freeze frame is probably the closest we can get to mafham mod in mcosu, would be cool if they just added it in lazer
we gotta see someone like Mrekk use transform mod on some crazy DT 10 star map that shit would be insane
why does 12:57 sound like he's imitating tokaku lmao

The Synthesia mod is a good mod for different game modes like osu!mania. it literally just turns the game into stepmania lol
i like how the ideas for mods just kept getting worse and worse as more of them were being added
oh cool they added snap coloring to lazer

Bubble reminds me of that one aspire map that holds the notes until you come back to them.

Someone needs to get an SS on Spin Eternally with Barrel Roll
Quite interesting video indeed 👀
The new depth mod is S tier.
Synesthesia is actually more usefull for mods like mania
Mirror mode saved me from becoming insane
