16 Different Stages from Tokyo to Osaka With over 150 Mixed International and Local Artists, and a total of 500,000 Audiences for both Tokyo and Osaka show in 2-day run of the Music Festival This Summer 2016.

떼창 뭐라고 하시는분들아 떼창이 없으면 이렇게 분위기가 쳐져요 떼창은 단순히 관객이 노래를 부르고 이런 의미를 넘어서 가수와 소통하는거라고요 분위기에 섞여서 떼창하면 가수목소리 다 들림..혼자 빼애액 거리는 거는 물론 민폐긴하죠. 떼창은 자기만족이 아니에요 가수와 관객이 호흡하면서 그렇게 짧지않은 공연시간을 보내는거죠. 라이브만 듣고싶어서 공연보러 간다는거 자체가 이기적인거 같음..그렇지 않은 사람이 훨씬 많거든요.
저는 찰리 내한때 가서 미친듯이 노래 따라부르고 그랬는데 찰리도 좋아해서 엄청뿌듯하고행복하고벅차고그랬어요. 솔직히 노래 안따라부르는사람들, 팬 아니죠? 그니까 노래는 좋아는하는데 그닥 많이 좋아하지는 않죠?진짜 미친듯이, 진짜 벅찰 정도로 좋아하는데 어떻게 그렇게 멀뚱멀뚱 가만히 서있냐고요...

That's how the concert in Japan. The audiences LISTEN to and ENJOY the song to the fullest. Screaming or singing too loud will disturb the performances. That's my understanding anyway.

as what I've told to someone last year. Summer Sonic is a 9 - 10 hour Straight Show. I hope that will explain everything.
apparently in their culture and usually in concerts they enjoy the song to the full extent then cheer at the end. So you can call their crowd boring but its how they do things. Opposite of Korean crowds where they scream and everything which in my opinion both are perfectlty fine.
