Lydia is probably one of the few bloggers who wears the clothes she shows in her hauls. Others will be all "i know i'm gonna get so much wear out of this".....but you never see them wear it in theirs videos....like Lydia does.

Those boots are so bad ass that it needs a bad ass outfit to go along with it. Black fitted jeans, white shirt, black or brown leather jacket, those boots and you LV bag. Hair up in a pony with statement sunglasses 😍😍😍👌👌👌

As far as styling the boots, I think that instead of dresses, maybe you could try a black denim skirt and a band tee or a white tee shirt? They don't seem to go with the girly dresses to me. But they are quite lovely boots!
I just love how long your videos are. Other youtubers videos always end just as I've gotten comfortable with my cup of tea and sweets that I shouldn't be eating, but yours are so long and nice to sit and chill and watch x

I live in LA and it's funny every time I see people ordering these expensive clothes online and here in Los Angeles downtown fashion district you get all those clothes / style everything that's in right now for 1/3 of the price
Since you've hired Carrie you seem so much happier and comfortable in your vlogs, not saying you were miserable before (you absolutely weren't mis), but I know what its like when you're with ya BFF and you bring out the best in each other like no one else can!!!!

Those boots with the dresses... Ehhhh. I think it would look better with a structured skirt with a slit and maybe a tucked in blousy top or a denim look. With just one dress it kinda washes out the look because it's just one giant block of color. Just throwing my two cents lol

Hi Lydia! I really loved the Asilio dress on you!! I wish you wouldn't have hated the white asos dress you tried on at the end because I own that dress and I actually really love it so much!! I have received so many compliments that it would shock you. I dislike scuba material on certain types of dresses but on a flowy one it looks quiet nice!! Unfortunately I have to stick to cheap materials as my budget only allows me to spend under a certain amount. I hope you give the asos dress another try as it did look very beautiful on you too.
it would be great to film a BFF tag (or something like that) with Carrie, she´s adorable and many people here would like to see more of her :)

Lydia - the first white dress looked beautiful with the boots..when you added the elastic, it also looked good, and it may make you more comfortable with it. However, the dress does look better flowing and flouncy and looks fantastic on you without the elastic.

Such a shame about that last dress' fabric quality as the cut/fit/style was honestly so great with those boots! I think they'd look amazing in the Fall too with fitted denim and a blazer or leather jacket as a statement piece!

The red striped dress was my favorite, loved the LV boots, would style it with jeans and sweaters and more fall/winter outfits than white dresses.

I'm a very big fan of yours so I was quite disappointed when you mentioned that your hair looked "dreadlocky" because it had not been washed. Just because someone has dreadlocks doesn't mean their hair is dirty and comments like that seem small to many but really take their effect. My mum has dreadlocks and her personal hygiene is absolutely fine yet some people think her completely natural hairstyle is dirty and unprofessional. This can be quite hard for her to deal with. If it was her who had watched the video it would have been yet another knock on her confidence. I'm pretty sure you meant no harm but I think someone with a platform as big as yours and who can influence so many people with one video should be careful not to say things like that. Put yourself in the shoes of one of the many people out there who have that hairstyle
Nathania Ewruje yeh I totally agree, I do really like video and enjoy all her vlogs but there's been a few times when comments have been said and I was like 'hmmmm'. Like one time she made a comment about how heavy and disgusting Ali was breathing and said 'it was like he was 20 stone'. And that really hurt because I am a plus size over weight young woman who isn't too far off that mark and I don't watch her videos for the clothes because I obviously won't fit in them as designers won't carry my size (size 18-20) I watch her videos cos they're just an escape and who doesn't like staring at pretty clothes shoes and bags for 30 mins very week or so?! So when that comment was made about the breathing it really hurt because I thought does she really think over weight people breath like that? Cos im really happy and healthy and I am actually very fit (fitter than most of my lighter friends!) I know she meant absolutely nothing by it but just my thoughts xxxxxxx

LYDIA!!!!!!.....try the boots with that Free People (if I remember correctly) gauzy lacy dress you have! The one with the choker kind of collar. THAT would be cute, I think! TOTAL contrast between demure and tough with those cool boots. I loved also, the pink striped dress in this haul. The boots DO look cool with it, or the wedges. This was a great video, BTW. I had ordered the white bardot ruffle as well and I was also super disappointed by the fabric. It looks very flattering when its worn and thats why I kept it. What I don't like however are the bits around the shoulders where you can the see where the elastic is.
That last dress you got with the scuba fabric looks beautiful on you! I ordered that dress a few months ago but in a different colour and looked horrible on me. But I'm quite impressed how that white one looks on you! Apart from the fabric!

I think I'd like the hydrangea dress you have with the LV purse and boots (LOVE them! Gorgeous!) I know your Chloe bag is almost overworn, but with your little tan boots, both are so perfect with every white dress you own. You look amazing in everything, so it's whatever you enjoy wearing, of course. :) If I were there rummaging through your wardrobe, and really, who wouldn't LOVE to pick clothes for you, I'd be baby talking to Lumy, too. I definitely don't believe that Lydia is racist so I think that term isn't appropriate here. I have noticed that the verbs used to describe her hair when it's dirty or unkept are conducive to the attributes of black hair. Is this intended? Absolutely not. So instead of accusing and labelling her, maybe a simply highlighting it so she's aware would be a better approach. Additionally Lydia, if you don't understand the backlash (which is definitely too much and unnecessary), ask Patricia Bright. She'll be able to explain without judgement and in love.

Oh how I missed your hauls! PS: Love the combination that Gaby Flores mentioned below. If it still has to be a dress: I wear muted pink/blush pink dresses, as they really compliment the dark LV pattern.
