I'm surprised that Flaying and Lingchi aren't on the list. Being skinned alive or having pieces of you cut off like a roast pig (hence Lingchi meaning death by a thousand cuts) seem like two of the most painful ways one could be killed imo. Not to mention they're fairly drawn out ways to die too.
