I very much enjoyed this video and had never even heard of that website but, thanks to you guys, I am getting a member of my daughters favorite band to send her a Congratulations video for graduating college and getting her teaching degree. This is especially important because her “walking the stage” graduation has been postponed at this point. Keep doing what you do because you do it SO well!!! Merril Hoge was incredible! He had serious brain trauma issues in the NFL, and has really done a great job of addressing his health. I suffered badly from degenerative disc disease for around 15 years, and going keto to beat diabetes changed my life when it treated the DDD pain in addition to the diabetes and other maladies.
It makes me want to ask him about his experiences and whether he's felt the same improvements, plus what supplements he's taken for his central nervous system health. For me it's been benfotiamine, magnesium L-threonate, magnesium malate, turmeric, vitamin D and vitamin K2. I've also been taking lion's mane, but I'm not sure it's really doing much.

My first thought was that you two know way more about diet and nutrition than any of these people would. So it was interesting to watch.
If you can do it, eat half of your restaurant order is usually a good idea since restaurant portions tend to be large (or you go to a restaurant that you know gives large portions for the money).
This was fun to watch. Really shows you who these celebrities are. Yes you need to do this again. Matt this was a nice thing you did for Megha whose enthusiasm is contagious. I’ve watched most of your videos now. Keep up the good work. You keep me motivated 🤗
I’d like to see you guys ask the celebrity what they know about and think of a keto lifestyle. Do they think it’s sustainable? Realistic? Have they tried it? I think almost everyone is familiar with the basic concepts of keto, and it would be cool to see who out there has actually investigated it for themselves. Excellent video guys! This was a treat!

Eat half of your food if you order out is sound advise, as a traveler who compares US portions to European for example, the EU plates are way smaller. US has huge portions. Also, in Europe 80 year old people still ride their bikes everywhere, most inner cities are limited access for cars so lot of walking everywhere. Now we have the chance to adjust our cities since Corona litterally helped clean the air! Video was cute, love the joy it brought you! 😷

I like the eat half your food idea especially for take out because thy e portions in the US are usually way more than most need.
This was very interesting. I was most impressed with that guy with the orange shirt (Merrill?) He was on the right track, but he doesn't seem to understand the problems with fruit sugar. However, he didn't actually say how much fruit he eats. It could be a very small part of his plan. The rest of his advice was right on.
Calories in, calories out doesn’t work for me, especially when adrenal fatigue is involved.

Julia Morris, a fab aussie comedian, once dropped a lot of weight by only eating half of what she used to eat - half a big mac, half a coke, half a raisin (I made that last one up), but you get the gist. It worked is all I'm saying.

When I was younger I was overweight and my Nutritionist had told me to eat half of my food, as well. She said at thanksgiving that I should eat one bite of each side and be done. That was the last time I ever went to a nutritionist.

And I can tell you this much about asians.....that older generation is super active! In Los Angeles mountains...I'm on the trails all the time. Any given day, it's 50% asian on the trail...they love to hike. A lot of them are older too. Key to a long life....HIKE YOUR BUTT OFF!
